Review 1：First thing we noticed is how dirty the room was; hairs on the bathroom floor, dirt built up in the corners. The carpet was very dirty with many large stains. Cob webs with bugs in the corner.. When we gave feedback to the owner, he really did not care, said, "it is the end of the season, we will get it cleaned up". What?!

Review 9：Booked double accommodation which means 1 double bed. We were switched to a 2 double bed room no charge. Room charge of $110 in the "older" section of motel. No phone, 4 TV channels, small room, no clock radio, no shampoo, no hair dryer, Bathroom sink located in room. Bathroom with toilet/bathtub, towels. Strange layout.

Review 11：Excellent location, very close to the shops and the beach is right there. Rooms are dated but very, very clean. Not a luxury place but I didn't expect that...just wanted someplace close to the beach and I got it! Heated pool is great. Nice little kitchenette with a sink and fridge...everything you'd need for light meals. I enjoyed my stay there...again, you can't find a better location for a stay at the beach!

Review 18：This hotel is two hotels in one; the newer renovated side and the old original side. The newer side is nicer. The original side is old, run down and beat up but still clean enough to stay in. If you don't pay the premium price, you get stuffed into the old side. We didn't specify that we wanted new, so we got old. Apparently, $130 per night was not the premium price. This was very disappointing as the internet site definitely leads you to believe that you are getting a nice room for this price. Also, the wifi signal doesn't reach the old side. And the TV is less than desirable as it is small and ancient. There is no breakfast. You have to buy your ice.

Review 19：This is the closest hotel to the beach in Wasaga. The room fridge was a good size and kept our drinks nice and cold.

Review 26：I really did not like the desk lady older woman. She was very rude to my husband and myself. I politely asked her if I had been overcharged and she yelled at me stating I didn't think you were coming and quickly dismissed me. Very very rude and unprofessional.

Review 34：the only fly in the ointment.....no phones in room to call cabs or take out delivery, or for general information.as a sole traveler this is a comfort surely missed. But it wasn't devastating in the least.

Review 35：the place was just....comfortable. I mostly liked the other guests. We could sit out side and talk. Every one felt welcome. I was even allowed to leave my luggage in the office for several hours after checkout till family picked me up. That was super cool!!!!!
