Review 1：The doors of the windows onto the balconies were noisy, and this was disturbing when people in the room above were going onto the balcony at 2 am

Review 3：We stayed in the green cabin which stands separate from the main motel. It was very convenient because we could drive right up to the door. Uniquely laid out floor plan but it had everything we would need. View of harbor and close to stores and restaurants.

Review 5：Overall, an excellent experience for a relatively small independent property. Very well-run and friendly staff-appears to be recently renovated, as the bathroom and kitchen fixtures were new and sparkly clean. Comfy couch for watching TV or just relaxing, and a dining table, which was handy for catching up on work . Nicely firm bed and decent blackout curtains, in addition to being away from the road made for a great nights sleep. Keep up the good work!

Review 7：Loved the comfortable Little Green Cabin. Kitchen facilities were fine. We; however, take our own camping gear so had lots of dishes, cutlery, etc. Also liked the separation of shower from toilet and basin. Fresh towels every day although we dutifully hung them indicating we didn't need a daily change. Very quiet. Slept like babies.
Review 8：Walls did not block all noise from adjoining rooms. Luckily guests were considerate so not kept awake or woken by that.

Review 26：Upon arrival we were met by two delightful, friendly, helpful young ladies. That pretty much sums up our experiences with the staff. The location of the property is the best. We could walk to the town and eat close at hand. The room was comfortable and well-appointed.
Review 27：These two properties are owned and managed by the same people. We actually stayed at the Whales Tail. It was a perfect solution for us, as it had two separate bedrooms ...as we had another adult travelling with us. (one which had two queen beds, and a single in it) another room with a queen and a separate tv room with two large comfortable couches...plus a kitchenette, washroom and balcony. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We loved it there, and wished we were staying longer. Nothing negative to say...

From the moment we got there the customer service was awesome.The young girl at the front desk was one of the nicest people I'veever encountered checking into a hotel. We'd never stayed inUcluelet before so we had no idea what the best restaurants were, wherethe best beaches were..etc, but she took care of all of that for us. Shegave us maps and a load of information of what we could do and where thebest places were to go. The room wasn't the most modern updated roombut we could have cared less about that because it was warm, very cleanand cosy. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to try out the gym,pool, or sauna but I'm sure they are great and clean! If anyone islooking for an inexpensive, nice and cosy place to stay with greatcustomer service, I would highly recommend this motel. We willdefinitely be returning!
