Review 1：The staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast bar with a variety of fresh produce. A comfortable room and very high standard of cleanliness. The location is very central yet in a quiet side street.

Review 2：We were given a room in the 'annexe' part of the hotel. Room was on the first floor with no lift, which was a problem for one of us who has difficulty with stairs, but no other room was available. Receptionist offered to help with our luggage but we preferred not to wait while he checked in other guests and lugged it upstairs ourselves. Parking was not easy; we managed to grab the last space in the hotel's very small parking area whilst we checked in, but our car was later moved to an under-cover area around the corner. The room was large and attractive with plenty of storage space. However the bathroom was festooned with dirty cobwebs and plastered with long black hairs - presumably previously attached to the cleaning person. Hairs in and around the sink, the shower, on the floor, on the towels, and when the bathmat was unfolded, a ball of tangled hairs fell out. The shower gel dispenser broke at first touch. The room was at the front and immediately above the area used by smokers, as well as being next to and above the kitchen trash area, so unpleasant smells from both drifted into our room, and there was a lot of noise from the street, especially early in the morning. Would not stay here again.

Review 4：The temperature was unseasonably hot, 35c, no air conditioning made it uncomfortable to sleep until the morning hours, they gave us a fan, it helped a bit.

Review 6：Horrible paintings allover the hotel. Receptionists gave wrong explanation both how to get from the airport Baden-Baden as well as how to return there. This question shouldn't be a difficult one.

Review 20：located 2 mins away from leopoldplatz and less than 1km from the baths. The bus stop to get to the Bahnhof is a few mins walk away. 30 mins hike to get to the merkur funicular. Great included breakfast as well.

Review 32：The hotel is located on a steep ramp so it's quite difficult to walk when there is snow. But it's close to the mainstreet, ard 5-8 min walk. You'll need to request username and password.

Review 70：Private parking is available under the hotel. Very tight garage and parked in lines of 3 or 4 deep. Keys have to be left at reception so vehicles can be moved by hotel to allow access and egress by other customers. Also our room was above garage and was noisy.
