Review 1：The beds were not very comfortable, the room was a litlle bit small and the hotel is far away from the village.

Review 2：The employees were very friendly and helpfull. The food was delicious and the swimming pool and spa were very nice. We liked the pub.

Review 3：Bathroom had no hot water, and the sink taps didn't work. It took 3 hours of pleading before we were allocated another room. Spa (3 euros person) is a small pool and you are forced to buy and wear a swim hat (3.5 euros). Staff aren't very helpful.

Review 4：Location is not convenient without car - you can't walk anywhere and need to use transfer(which is not available after 6 p.m.)

Review 5：Swimming pool area is good to have rest after skiing. Room is huge and with 2 bathrooms. There variety of food served on breakfast.

Review 6：Being super-critical but the pool/relaxing area were a bit too chilly tobe relaxing (in our opinion). Jacuzzi/Sauna were perfect though, shamethe steam room was out of service for a couple of days but entrance wasonly 3€ each (and they actually only charged us once out of the threetimes we went in!!). We couldn´t change the temperature in the room(there was a thermostat but it didn´t do anything) - it was just alittle bit warm and stuffy for us so we had to keep the window open.

Review 7：We got a fantastic bargain thanks to booking.com - just 20€ each halfboard. The evening buffet was excellent - plenty of choice, thebreakfast buffet was just a bit lacking but was ok. All of the staffwere very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very well decorated -particularly their Irish Bar - and we enjoyed sitting on the terracelooking at the fantastic view. Carparking is advertised at nearly 19€per day but at reception they said it was now only 5€ - we actually justparked on the road for free but this is probably not possible in winter(and maybe they do charge 19€ then too!)
