Review 2：Excellent service during breakfast and in general by the young hotel owners who took over in Dec 2015. Very friendly staff, always aiming for the little extra you didnt expect. Clean and comfortable, enjoyed the sauna a lot. Good value for money

Review 3：The only downside was the walls between rooms were thin,and our neighbors had their tv on all. night. long. Apart from that, the place was great. We stayed over Christmas 2014 for 3 nights.

Review 12：What a nice small hotel it is! The owner / manager of the hotel has a very good eye for detail. He is really taken good care of his guests, which make you feel very welcome. On arrival he assisted himself with carrying out our suitcases from the car. In the rooms was a handwritten welcome note and 2 appel’s in each room and some sweets. The rooms are very nice with great beds, spotless clean. Luxury sleeping quality! In the bathroom you will find nice accessories. The hotel has a nice garden with seating for a quite drink and relaxing. Breakfast was superb!

Review 20：Not the fault of the hotel, but why oh why do the churches in Laax think that they must wake everyone all through the night by ringing bells to let us know the time??? One church even chimes every quarter hour!! If you live there I'm sure you'll get used to it, but a visitor does not want to hear a church bell at 1pm, then 2pm, then 3pm, then 4pm............ I think the Bürgermeister of Laax needs to have a quiet word!

Review 22：no guest lounge to sit in, need to walk through dining room or small bar to get to front desk; severe delay in getting a evening meal served..50 mins for one course is not good! Other guests had similar problem but possibly a one-off event...the food was excellent when it came! Clock tower nearby chimes every hour through the night including a super set of chimes at 0545!! Very annoying if you are a light sleeper or open the window for fresh air...

Review 27：We loved staying at Bellaval. The hotel is of an older traditional Swiss style, exactly what we wanted. It was cosy, clean and the staff made a few lovely touches to the room to make us feel welcome. Best shower too! Free wifi worked well. The restaurant is a little expensive (but typical for the area) but every part of our meal was exceptional. Highly recommend.
