Review 1：The room was not what we expected. We got a handicap room with a smell. we hat to sleep on a sleeping couch that hat a very thin mattress. after we upgrade the room it was more comfortable. What I did not like was all the black long hair on floor and bedlinnen and when somebody else cooked their food we smelled it in our room I think because of the heating system!!

Review 3：Very good location close to beach # 3. Living room, kitchen & bathroom very spacious....Bedroom average space. It was nice to have liquid hand soap besides the sink for hygiene purpose vs. bar soap
Review 4：Few things need fixing: non-functioning and hanging blind in the bathroom window. There were few black hairs on the bathroom floor (I assume from previous occupants), some towels looked like they were not washed just folded. In the kitchenette: wobbly refrigerator and in the bedroom stain on the carpet.

Review 11：Loved that it was so nice and clean. We were booked in a 1-bedroom, but the staff gave us the option of a 2-bedroom for no additional cost. BBQs available and fire-pit under a gazebo for our use. Cross the street and walk down to the beach, which was so perfect!

Review 25：The staff was very friendly. The facility was very well maintained and up to date. My room was very clean and an awesome value. It was a bit further away from the Blue Mountain ski resort than I would have liked, about 25 minutes away, but the price for the room and the quality of the facility more than made up for it. I would bring friends and stay again, no doubt.
Review 26：There was no stove or hot plate for cooking - just a microwave and toaster, so be prepared if you're bringing your own food. Our bedroom had 2 single beds, which we weren't expecting - we would have preferred a double and it would be nice in the future to make this selection upon booking.

Review 37：I've stayed in many motels and this one was the cleanest I've ever come across! The kitchenette had utensils, dishes, coffee filtres etc.
Review 38：Hardly enough room to walk around the bed. Bed squeaked and the mattress was too hard. The kitchenette was small and the fridge door opened wrong way. It took up too much space because it had to be left a few inched from the wall to get to the bathroom light switch.
Review 39：I liked that it had separate bedrooms. If I was there in the summer, I would love that it was so close to the beach. In December it didn't matter. It wasn't expensive by Ontario standards and it was clean. The people I spoke to on the phone and front desk were friendly.
Review 40：Problem with the thermostat in that the room was way to warm. The only way to cool down was to open the window and door to let the winter storm blow thru. It reached 29 C in the room at one point. Waste of energy also. Parking was a bit tight if you wanted to be by your room. Bed was too firm for my liking.

The courtyard with all the barbecue options and patio with many tables to dine at is a great asset - you can actually cook your own meals in a very fun and comfortable way. And, there is fresh fudge waiting for you on the table when you arrive - yummy!! The beach is a two - minute walk, great for a quick early morning run or just super convenient any time.
Review 50：We stayed at the hotel for 1 night over the long weekend. The room was big, clean and very close to the beach. It was great to have a small Kitchen as we had small children. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient to explore the Colingwood / Wasaga beach area if you are driving.

Best place we've stayed in Wasaga Beach and we go on an annual basis. Would definitely go back to this location!
Review 52：- Mattress was horrible, hard to sleep - Extremely noisy the first night we were there which combined with the poor mattress meant we were awake most of the night - The next morning we noticed the unit causing all the noise was empty. If management asked them to leave then kudos to them. I didn't ask, just was happy they were gone. Following night was quiet and peaceful

They came in after bar closing and partied till dawn. we had no one to call as office was closed. We mentioned this to young staff girl in the morning but got no response, no note. I realise this is not owners fault but they should have call security or means to deal with issues at night. we will not be coming back. Shame as I wanted to book for spring hiking week.
