Review 1：If you need wifi make sure they have the promised upgrade before you book. At the moment it seems like a shared dial up connection. Just about ok for basic e mail. Also pots and pans in kitchen barely adequate for cooking a meal for 4

Review 3：The "remoteness" of the site is undesirable. Having to walk all the way around the campground by the rec hall in the middle of the night with few street lights was not pleasant. I left the vehicle at the hotel because wanted to have a few drinks. You need to broker a deal with the Ucluelet campgrounds to allow a path through there or something.
Review 4：The waterfront view private and spectacular. Staff (Kim) was super nice. Facilities were clean and comfortable.
Review 5：Resteraunt was slow to seat ( almost 8minutes) two tables occupied, hostess was not quite there. Food was very slow coming almost 20 minutes again one table ahead of us.

Review 7：I didn't like that jacuzzi on the balcony didn't have a curtain around it. All the neighbors could see us from their rooms/balconies and we decided not to use it because of that.

Review 11：We booked the location because it was a pet friendly. We understand there is additional cleaning required, however, we do not feel the pet fee should be charged per day. Staff did not come once to clean during our 4 day stay. A outside dog wash was not available. rmth.

Review 18：Last minute booking over a busy weekend, with great weather, unit was clean and we had a nice few of the harbour - overall a nice booking
Review 19：We had a stunning view out our living room window: boats, tugs, herons, sea lions and various sea birds. The kitchen was well-stocked and we had a cozy fire. They even offer free rain gear. Close by is the most fabulous restaurant - Norwood's- to end any day of sea walks or shopping.
Review 20：The internet was tremendously slow. Good if you want to get out of the everyday stress of e-mails; less so if you still need to plan the trip while on-site. It was pricey. We received a reduction because of late-bookings but otherwise I would have been reluctant to book.
Review 21：We drove all the way from Victoria and arrived in the rain and mist, bummer. It was only in the morning that we enjoyed the wonderful view across the water. On-site facilities were great and spacious; it even included a bath-tub on the porch ! We had our dinner and breakfast in town but I would have been happy to load up on groceries and stay inside for a week. It was an ideal place to launch of for a visit to the National park and I am sad that we only could stay for a week-end.
Review 22：Loved our upstairs corner room, the jacuzzi on the deck was wonderful, the room and view were beautiful and the very knowledgable staff recommended wonderful light hiking trails and some restaurants. A great place to stay!

Review 25：Watch out with the price : I almost paid the reservation when booking, on Internet, and I regret I didn't because at the moment to pay, at the reception desk, I was charged 70 $ extra, for different government taxes and hotel fees. That was not advertised when I booked the flat ! That made the stay fairly more expensive...

Review 28：We werent expecting an apartment with two bedroom, a living room and full kitchen. It was cozy, and nice. Our daughter had her own room with a patio door and a patio and our son slept on the couch but had a gorgeous view of the ocean with a patio just off the living room area. We took lots of pictures. We even went for a very nice walk on the boardwalk which was just outside our room. I recommend this place if your more than two people. It's a bit pricey for only two people. Check it out.

Review 30：Very peaceful setting and everything was neat and tidy. Great location. use of windows to bring in natural light into rooms, modern, clean, comforable, well furnished and supplied with nice dishes etc.We'll come back again.
Review 31：Dishwasher cannot clean dishes probably. Bed too soft and not so comfort of too heated. I can mark this resort three star instead of four. But it is a little bit pricey.

Review 59：Really beautiful room, nice and clean and large. Great room for the money. The only downfall was the wi fi don't connect at all, and the resort offers free wifi in rooms. I called the front desk to tell them it wasn't working and the lady told me that not all rooms get good wifi that I could come use the computer in the lobby. Well when a hotel offers free wifi in rooms unkind of expect it to work. Aside from that great room with views and clean .
Review 60：Upon arrival we were not told that the tubs on the patio had been shut off. Our main reason for booking the room was to sit in the tub at night under the stars. It was only when we went to use the tub and it didn't work and we called the front desk and they said " oh, we forgot to tell you that they were turned off". We could tell that we weren't the only ones not told as we heard other guests trying the tub as well. Poor management on their part!!!

Review 62：We rented the unit specifically because it had a tub on the deck, unfortunately it was filthy and there was not enough hot water to fill it so we couldn't even use it. Some of the dishes in the kitchen were dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable. The wifi wouldn't connect. The view of the water was really the inner harbour/marina and the town, which wasn't really what we were hoping for but we didn't know the area well enough to know that it wasn't right on the ocean.
Review 63：The kitchen supplies were minimal and very basic. Carpet needed cleaning badly, may have been the source of the off -putting odor in the unit. Staff at checking lest me with the impression that I was more of a duty than a guest.
