Review 1：Couple of things that you'd expect from a cheap hotel, the soap and towels in the bathroom weren't great, and the curtains in the room let in too much light in the morning, waking us up early. The location isn't great for bars and restaurants, we took the bus to Lenzerheide for dinner (though the hotel food is good too), but the bus back to Parpan only runs once per hour late at night, so watch out for that. Oh, and Lenzerheide does not have enough restaurant space for all the skiiers that show up on the weekend (especially if good snow/weather) so I strongly advise booking a restaurant multiple days in advance. We walked around trying to find a place that wasn't booked out, and saw multiple other groups in the same situation.
Review 2：The staff were very friendly, they were accommodating for our weird arrival times and split group. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location is great for skiing, it's a shortish walk to lifts on either side of the valley and it's literally right next to the Postauto bus stop. There are two ski rental places nearby, one just up the road and an intersport at the Heimberg lift station.

Review 9：The host and personnel were very friendly, helpful and competent. The room was nice, quiet and with a nice view of the church, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a medium range of choices of excellent quality. In summer, gondolas in the Lenzerheide - Parpan - Churwalden resort are included, ask for voucher at hotel.
