Review 1：The staff did not know a word in english. They did not provide the facilities listed in the booking document. No service room.

Review 3：Terrible. They play loud music during the night. The doors are not open before 9 am, it is not possible to leave the hotel, you get trapped! They do not speak english. One can not call it as a Hotel.

Review 4：- staff don't speak english - there is no staff in the hotel during the night, hotel is locked and you must wait till 9 am to get out of the hotel (not very good if your flight is very early in the morning) - very noisy hotel because there is bar and disco - dirty carpet

Review 5：For sure this place is very overrated. They lock the main entrance at the hotel at 0:00 AM, so forget about partying in Yerevan. Before I came I wrote that I'll be in the early morning, because my train came before 8:00 AM, so they replied that it's OK, however noone came and I had to wait 1 hour for someone to open the door for me. They didn't let me in to my room anyway, because they said that the maid didn't come yet, so tired after my long trip I had to wait one more hour. As an experienced traveller I know that we musn't expect everyone to speak English, but this is what they declared and still declare on the website. Anyway, noone did and they spoke just their language or Russian with no care if you understand or not. Most of the rooms have no windows. The breakfast is really basic... just something to eat, nothing really special. The hotel is unfinished, but already requires a renovation. The stairs are dangerous. The WiFi is not working in the room, just downstairs. Just when I came I saw a tourist who was complaining and told me to leave the place if possible. Another person said it was OK. I stayed anyway. There's no non-smoking area, so even if you have breakfast, you must breathe the smoke.

Review 7：I really enjoyed how they would behave their guests. This hotel is a nice place and I suggest it specially for students who come to yerevan for visa purposes. Arman is one of the best men I got familiar with in yerevan, he and the other staff were very friendly and helpful.

Review 8：We arrived to the hotel where the reception guy was waiting telling us that somebody ist staying in our room so we need to stay in other one with lower standard.Room itself was ok, however the girl at the reception- bar in the hotel where we stayed first night said we should pay 93.000 drams even if the reservation price via Bookings was 69.000 Drams. After we showed reservation confirmation, she stopped cheating on us. Then we moved our luggage to Bungalo inn, no windows in the room, no promised wifi and nobody at the reception desk.so it happened that when we wanted to go into the room in the evening, the door where locked... Obviously the way how to push us to pay for accomodation during our stay, not at the end. Never ever again.
