Review 1：The apartment was very hot like sauna. There are no windows as well as no air conditioner !!

Review 8：Perfectly allocated nice apartment for skiing; very well furnished and equipped. Expensive, of course, but we are talking about eastern Switzerland and being just beside the slopes, this has a price. Flims-Laax-Falera is a fantastic ski station.

Review 9：Paying for parking was more difficult than it should have been and quite expensive. But it was worth it to stay right by the lifts and restuarants.

Review 10：The rooms were beautiful and right next to the slopes. The shower was probably the best part of the room. It was like being under a waterfall.

Review 11：the bathroom is not a separate room so barely any intimacy - difficult if you go with another couple. the bars can be really noisy at night if you stay in one of the apartment above

Review 13：I didn't like that everything was "Al a carte", for example, if you wanted to use the spa it was an extra 14CHF per person, if you wanted a microwave it was extra, etc. I just managed with the oven. I'm sure that's how they keep the price down though.

Review 14：Location was amazing! We stayed in the budget 2 bedroom and it didn't feel budget at all. We were 4 adults in one room and there was plenty of room. We cooked breakfast every morning with the provided cook ware. The shower was incredible and we even had a steam room that was the best after a long day on the slopes.

Review 15：This hotel is my first choice when I stay in laax. Especially comfortable bath room is quite nice. When I arrived at, parking was full. But the front Clark is so kind that he negotiated to find a place to park.

Review 18：Advertised Spa area/ Pool is not for free. Restaurants are unbelievably overpriced. The two bedroom apartment has a very open shower/bath area only suitable for family with small children, very awkward with my mother and fiance. Bed was not comfortable. No washing machine in apartment.

Review 19：Ski In Ski Out! Modern facilities and modern apartments. Best WIFI we ever had in a resort. Every room gets their own heated and locked ski locker -absolutely fantastic.

Review 20：This year we we're staying in building C above the Indy Bar. Noise was very loud and annoying and kids couldn't sleep for 2 nights. Couldn't open the bedroom window cause smoke was coming in from people outside. When we complained at the reception the problem was acknowledged but not resolved.

Review 27：The whole resort is a joke in September. Basically everything is closed. If they would pretend it's a winter only destination then I would not mind, but they don't. If you want to do basic things (groceries, walking) you have to get in your car and go to Flims. The apartment itself is very basic and bad designed. The whole complex is quit new but because of that, why is there for example no microwave, coffee machine and hardly no stuff to cook? You can argue that you can go outside to get food, but not when most stuff is closed in Summer. The design of the kitchen is bad. Very difficult to open every cupboard just because of this fancy design. A normal person can't stand above the sink due to the cupboards above your head. There is floor heating but no air conditioning. I have been to a lot of places in Switzerland over the past 15 years and this was one of the worst place to stay, price/quality related.

Review 29：I did not like the cleaning issue, a person pays around 200 chf forcleaning and the cleaner asks you to clean the apartment before leaving"why I am paying then???!!!!" the beds and pillows are used alot, better bring your own pillow.

Kids camp a complete pain with them taking over the facilities and bikes etc. Limited washing / laundry facilities for whole resort. Expensive parking - use the free parking next door in open is perfectly fine. Buy your basic supplies in Italy and drive it over border much cheaper.

Review 34：Excellent facilities for an adventurous stay with young kids. Great mountain bike course in the middle of the resort and beautiful walks around the area. Flims nearby excellent and lots of options for active day excursions. Apartment clean and good layout. Main restaurant in hotel reception best value for money.

Review 35：The drive from the airport takes at least 90 mins, maybe 2 hours depending on traffic. The weather seemed to be cloudy often in July/Aug which, in the mountains means that whole place is in the cloud.

Review 54：Does it really takes 12+ months to fix a noisy ventilation in the bedroom? Stayed in the same apartment last year - the excuse was "we have to wait for the summer to fix it"... this year again - the same noise!

Review 56：We stayed for 7 nights and at Booking.com it was not told clearly enough that there is no cleaning of the room during the whole 7 nights time period! You could have bought that as extra there, for a very high price... Also, a "final cleaning" was not mentioned not to be included in the price. The fee was just added to the room bill at the check-out!

Review 58：Excellent service wherever we went in the resort - the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The location is fantastic - right next to the lifts. All the facilities are at hand. Fantastic ski holiday location.

Review 60：Great location. Next to Cable car. Fantastic development, shops, bars, restaurants. Very modern, stone bathrooms and natural wood rooms. All convenience with underground parking.

Review 61：Stayed for 10 days. A free weekly cleaning with a change of towels and linen would have been nice but no big thing. Kitchen cabinets above the work area are too deep (not a standard 60 cm) and you either have to bend your head (if you are taller than 175 cm) under the cabinet or have your forehead resting on them, extending your arms out all the way while using the kitchen. There is no need to have them so deep since there is plenty space for plates and glasses. They should have more glasses, knives, forks and spoons. It would save them on electric bills since people will use the dish washer more than necessary. I hand washed instead of running the machine daily. But I don't think that many do. But these are minor things and only suggestions for the operators. Overall a fantastic concept and we would love to come back.

Review 62：Design is amazing. The apartment looked like no one had ever lived there before us. The whole resort is incredibly well thought out and practical and beautiful. Excellent choice of restaurants. Make sure you book in advance since they are often fully booked.

Review 63：Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful rooms that are well stocked with everything needed for the weekend. Lift tickets available at the front desk so no waiting in line. Located directly at the bottom of the slope.

Review 64：The food in the surrounding restaurants is very average and overpriced. We couldn't gain access to the ski waxing room as described in the apartment booklet to tune our boards.

Review 65：The apartment was excellent. I especially liked using the steam room after a days snowboarding. The location was perfect as we had a 1 year old baby. This made it easy to take turns boarding while someone babysat etc. I wish all ski holiday apartments were like this.

Review 67：There was obviously much thought put into the planning of the resort, for guests of all ages. It was very refreshing to have such a selection of amenities so close by. The quality of building materials was also a welcome change to other hotels! We really enjoyed ourselves :)

Review 68：- Although the hotel design is very nice, but it is not practical for families with children because there is no much privacy in the apartment as any step you take it is heard by others. - Room cleaning is very costly and you have to pay for extra towels and for changing the towels! - WC is very small. - Breakfast is not included in the room rate.

Review 69：Hotel design is very attractive, located close to petrol station and coop supermarket and has nice mountain view. One of the ladies at the reception was not up to the level when dealing with customers, however UWE was an excellent receptionist and was taking care of the hotel guests in a very professional manner.

Review 70：The swimming pool is part of the wellness centre and entrance to it is very expensive for a family visit. Just one window that opens to fresh air in the whole apartment.

Review 78：The street outside is very noisy until late hours; very late check in at 4pm and early checkout already at 10am - so in fact you pay only for 18 hours in the apartment. No coffee machine in the apratment unless you rent it. Use of Signina spa is not included into the price which dramatically increases the daily cost of stay.

Review 80：Really great modern good sized apartments with everything that you could want. Your own private bath with sauna/steam room excellent to relax in. Village style resort with everything on hand, shops, super market, resturants, located with 100m of two ski lifts. Only thing i would say is that the apartment windows could use some thin curtains that can be pulled across when you require some privacy as nearly all apartments look into one another and are quite close together.If you are looking for a quiet and private holiday this is not the place for you, on the other hand if you are looking for a high standard of accommodation with plenty of activitity around this is an excellent resort.
