Review 1：The many dirty spots right in front of the toilet. Looks as if the floor wasn't cleaned but this was not the case. A wrong product (acid) was once used who destroyed the tiles.

Review 3：Pricy public parking with no places reserved for the hotel guests. Hotel room very clean but might need to be refreshed soon (few scratches on furniture) Very limited choice of English TV channels, all complimentary magazines in the room were only in German.

Review 5：The staff were fabulous, so welcoming. We visited the Christmas market 2015 and with the hotel being just across the street, the position was superb. We hope to visit Baden Baden again and explore the surrounding area and would certainly use this hotel as our base.

Review 6：Staff were top level from check-in to leaving. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection. Arriving in the evening, I didn't want to sit down to a full meal. Instead, the barman offered a hamburger...could have been the best I ever had!

Review 8：Everything. Ann Stoller a special reception staff going the extra mile to support. Knowing how to absorb stressed customers with the right attitude, gesture and word selection which in Germany is a general deficiency in hotel staff.

Review 9：The wifi was awful, and last day didn't work at all. They make a discount of 40 euros for the inconvenience, but what we really wanted was a good wifi.

Review 12：We were upgraded to an amazing suite. Will be hard to stay in another room as we travel to the hotel every year for the September Racing Carnival. Live entertainment at the bar.

Review 13：Broken TV system. Not able to be repaired. "Dominick" tried his hardest and was exceptional. We had bad TV cable in room not repairable. Not able to see English TV or Movies. For this price, I was not pleased - needs to be fixed. Management knew it was a bad room system but not fix it yet. Hallway carpets were being cleaned and had bad smell to them. Wifi not let us use "whatsapp".

Review 14：nice hotel. clean. great rooms. "Dominick" did his best to fix our TV and went above and beyond to make us happy. He switched TVs, but problem was in cable to the room. He got us BluRay player to at least let us see a movie at night. Rooms were great. Great bathroom, linen, and service overall.

Review 17：The restaurant provided excellent foot but was more "Bistro" than "A la carte". Breakfast was perfect though. Fitness room was well equipped, but staff didn't know how to make the machines work, was told to turn machines off and on to get timer working - poor. Sauna area textile free, but on both evenings, suddenly had young people (& children) in swimsuits wondering through while I was naked - rules need sorting and reinforcing.
