Review 1：Not within walking distance of the beach. Having a sink/stove, Jacuzzi and bathroom/shower, there was only ONE dinky bar of soap. The shower pressure was VERY poor - might as well have been trying to shower under a leaky faucet. View was a fenced in salt water pool (not ready for use, although they were treating it) and Boston Pizza across the road. Therefore "no" view. Only about 6 local TV channels.

Review 5：Claims free wifi and cable TV. WIFI did not extend to rooms and was told to use it you have to sit outside by the office. Cable TV had a whole 5 channels. 2 were non english and one was just a video of a fish tank (which was actually amazing).

Review 7：Curtains falling off/holders broken, only one light (bedside lamp) litting the entire room, the room stinks like it has not been cleaned, no bathroom towel hangers/holders. We had no choice but to stay since I already paid and there was a severe thunderstorm in the area then. I should have checked the room first.

Review 11：we had drove 3.5 hours and it was a sourching hot day.when we got there no one was in the offfice. when we did find her she said we could not get our room till 3pm. i said i was drving for 3.5 hours and with my elderly aunt and mom. there was a big industrial garbage bin when you arrive in the parking lot entrance so 2 cars could not go in or out at the same time. there was no phone no internet. chairs were dirty. the fridge ran all night long.there was no shampoo or conditioner. one soap. there was 3 of use.we were there for the elvis festival and pd 150 a night. wish i would have stayed at my first choise but did not want a long drive to collingwood. i should have stayed in angus at the kings inn. i would never stay there again

Review 23：It was just an older hotel that was comparably priced to cranberry and was not nearly as nice in terms of room or bed. Shower was a mess i didnt even use it the floor was peeling and unacceptable. There needsto at least be coffee inthe room and they could make a deal w sunsetgrill directly across to offer breakfast if there is no option of a continental breskfst area. It was disappointing for cost it didnt include anything at all. I wont ever book there again

Review 27：I was there from July 29th to August 1st. It requires renovation. It's old and rusty. Bathroom shower is awful. The couch was full of hair and sand. We had to put a sheet over the couch to sit on. Used a whole can of Lysol to clean the room and shower.

Review 33：Room was suppose to be non-smoking but we couldn't use the shower room because of heavy cigarette smoke smell that lingered into whole unit. Mattresses were very old and yellow. Slept on top of covers. Air conditioner in the room was right next to bed and very noisy. Had to turn it off at night. Overall, a very uncomfortable night.

Review 46：The rooms have not been updated in a very long time. No telephones in the room, no microwave, no coffee pot, no kettle. Old style T.V. with a basic cable. No wifi. No VCR/DVD player, no movie channel options. No bathtub. I would not have used the standup shower, in very poor shape.

Review 64：The shower was disgusting. The chairs were stained and ripped. The curtains had holes in them. The mattress was very uncomfortable. There was only one lamp in the whole room. The room smelled like mildew which they tried to cover up with room spray which made it smell even worse. The sink leaked in the bathroom. The toilet made wierd gushing noises all night long. The pictures they show on the Internet and pamphlets are truly the complete opposite of what the rooms really look like they must have been taken when the place first opened. I would not recommend the Kingsbridge Inn to my worst enemy!!!

Review 66：Because the rate I paid was about half the going rate for Wasaga Beach, beware that you really do get what you pay for! The room was small, bed wasn't just squeaky but loud-squeaky and was very small too. The bathroom was cramped, the tub was smaller (not much room for 2) and the running water was, on occasion, non-existent. Seriously. Half way into a shower the water just stopped as if the well ran dry. That is by far the reason this hotel is receiving such low reviews from me.
Review 67：The Kingsbridge Inn is in a great spot only a few minutes' drive from the beach and a few minutes' walk to several fantastic restaurants and pubs. The pool was actually the nicest thing about the Kingsbridge itself. Also, the rate I paid was about half of the going rate for Wasaga Beach.
Review 68：The room smelled like mold, the carpets were so dirty we didn't even want to take our shoes off or out our bags in the floor! Not only this but we were woken up twice between 2-3am by police officers knocking on our door. The police were apologetic about the mistake but the staff then blamed us for this the next day, accusing us of disturbing the guests when we had been asleep by 11pm and had nothing to do with it! They were extremely rude to us and offered no apology for their mistake. I would never recommend this place to anyone, stay away!

You may want to ask for the motel units that each have an umbrella on a picnic table if you are staying a while, and they are away from the pool. You can walk to the beach- 10 min, which will save on parking, which is $5 a day.
