Review 1：Due to heavy rain fall over 2 day, beach water was dirty with forrest debris. Unavoidable.

Review 2：A 3 star that didn't disappoint. Food was great, staff were very helpful but most of all the resort was very quiet with no late parties. A lot of mexican families here which added greatly to the experience. The local community flavour made this resort a place we will definitely return to but for a longer period. It was simply a peaceful, relaxing experience that we loved. I will add that due to a delayed flight return, the airline put us up in a 5 star for the night. We enjoyed our 3 star far more than the 5 star, mostly for the quality of food and quiet relaxed friendly experience at Decameron Los Co Co. A winner for us.

Review 3：The hotel is starting to show its age with the dirty walls and hallways plus the dinged up tub. Was not impressed with hair on the bed and in the hair dryer. Plus half the lights at the pool either were not turned on or burnt out.

Review 13：I did not appreciate the service in the restaurant on site. Ricky's All Day Grill. We were not greeted very well, and the server did not seem very happy to serve us. She had a frown on her face the entire time and her tone of voice was less than polite or friendly. We waited for about 15 minutes to even get our order in, and when we did, she did not even get it right. We did not complain, though, even though she did not write down our order when she took it. My daughter's pancakes were hard as a rock on one side and visibly uncooked on the other. We finished our meal, and when it was time to pay, we waited another 10 minutes for a bill, while our server passed by us repeatedly. We finally decided to stand at the counter, and she finally tended to us after a few minutes. She came with our bill, and took the payment. Came back with our change, and stood there looking for a tip! After that kind of service, I don't think a tip was in order! We walked out, never to return again.....

Review 14：I loved that we were greeted with a warm welcome by the lady working the front desk upon arrival. She was very polite and friendly. And made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay a good one, and was very informative about what the hotel had to offer. I would definitely take my family to stay there next time we are in town.

Review 56：Front desk Staff refused to let me park my car in their almost completely empty parking lot for 2 days while I travelled on business even though I had a room reserved for the night I returned with them. Bathroom was dirty when I checked in on the first night. Hair and shaving cream residue all over the shower curtain.
