Reviews for Deusol

Review 1:Too small, old, tv not working, limited appliances in the kitchen. Too far out of the village. Staff unfriendly.

Review 2:The balcony. The restaurant basic but cheap and friendly.

Review 3:The main problem of the apartments is sound insulation!!!! Very noisy and difficult to sleep. A lot of neighbors are with children and it you can sleep before 24.00 and after 7.00. If you want to have a good sleep you can not receive it here. Also a big problem is bed. It is very inconvenient. We have sofa which we must fix it with ropes because it includes two parts and these parts can easily moved when you are sleeping. Also there is no blanket cover in the apartment. There is only sheet and blanket. Another problems: fan did not work (but when we asked the staff changed it), the coffee machine did not work, there are no toilet paper, soap, shampoo and anything like this. You have only towels. Because of this we had to buy all bath cosmetics and accessories. It is not so close to the ski lift of El Tarter as they said. The same distance to Soldeu as well. So, the hotel not so bed but if you want real good vacation and good sleep do not chose it. It is better to pay more and receive better service. I will not come back here if I visit again Andorra.

Review 4:Good views if you have 3d floor. Good location but if you have a car. To the El Tarter ski lift about 20-25 minutes by walk. Kitchen is equipped good. Everything you need to prepare food you have. There is very pretty restaurant and staff in the Deusol apartment complex.

Review 5:A little noisy at night and mornings partly because of groups, partly because of furniture on tiled floors! Rough round the edges eg, broken toilet seat when we arrived, but was fixed the next day, no kettle, all mugs were chipped, some bulbs not working etc. Quite a distance from the Soldeu (1.6km) and Tarter (2km) telecabines. Google maps placement is misleading, it is further up the valley, not on the main road junction as suggested. However, outside parking not a problem either at the lift or Deusol, so we drove everyday which worked fine. No wifi in rooms, in restaurant only.

Review 6:We had a 3 bed apartment for 8 people, good amount of space, very well heated, fairly well equiped, nice balcony, with great views, safe in room. Good onsite bar and restaurant, good standard of food for very reasonable price. Free outdoor parking on site. We saw the shuttle bus being used, but didn't use it ourselves.

Review 7:The apartment was a bit dated - if you're expecting modern chic then this is not for you. Some of the crockery needed updating - chipped mugs, lack of spoons in cutlery. But this did not affect our holiday or stay. A few more basic utensils would have helped but as before not a major issue. Big heavy blankets provided by DeuSol but they were too heavy on the children's beds - we did take some of our own light weight fleece blankets with us.

Review 8:If you're after 5* then this isn't for you. We had a basic but very spacious apartment for 5 of us (3 bedrooms). It was clean and very, very warm. Bedding & towels provided. We were on a weeks ski holiday with our young children so the space for them was brilliant - far better than being stuck in 1 room in a hotel. Outside the apartment was a large area for the children to play in the snow and go sledging in the valley! The location is just 1 mile from the Soldeu gondola station sand it is walk able or you can get the free shuttle bus. Underground parking available at 10euro per night - worth it in the winter if you have a vehicle - you need to request this in advance. If you're after a cheap break then this is the way to do it! No complaints from us! Ski tip - book a locker at the Gondola station to save trekking your boots & ski's back everyday. We drove from the UK and used our car as our way of getting to the gondola each day - parking in Soldeu is from as little as 3euro for the whole day.

Review 9:literie a changer

Review 10:shopping meteo

Review 11:Clean and tidy room. Decent location as in walkable from Soldeu centre.

Review 12:None

Review 13:Price and quality is very good.

Review 14:The flat was great and the view amazing.

Review 15:The location, nice for hiking.

Review 16:Staff couldn't speak English. There was some maintenance work going on with hammering starting at 8.30 a.m.

Review 17:Great view (river), good size of rooms, nice kitchen with all essentials.

Review 18:The apartment did not quite meet our expectations based on the pictures on the web. The ski storage was a dump.

Review 19:Nice surrounding and a shuttle to Soldeu.

Review 20:The room originally allocated was given to someone else , and we were given a room that was not as described, we did complain and were changed, but was quite stressful, had to ask for toaster, no kettle and water was cold.

Review 21:location was good, the 2nd room given was a lot better, we have stayed here every year for the last 5 years, but this time was a disappointment

Review 22:Staff are rude, unhelpful, lie, and their English is poor. The Hotel itself is disgusting, very unclean and there are chunks out of walls, tables, chairs, floor tiles. Very very poor facilities. The location is terrible a few mile from the lift but it is all uphill, no good for elderly or young children. They offer a shuttle bus which only runs for two hours a day which is useless, and other hotel guests have no sense of a queue. The walls in the hotel are made of paper, you can hear everything from every room adjacent to your own, even though its supposed to be illegal after 10pm parties go on in rooms until 4am, doors slam like earthquakes it is literally as if the hotel is made of paper. The restaurant is all in Spanish and staff speak very very little English, when someone makes a reservation the table is booked for the whole night, and its quite common to never be able to eat unless you book a table. The images on your site suggest there is a bar with pool table etc this is not the case. When booking in the hotel refuses to take card for the deposit this is not mentioned at all.The rooms have no double beds leaving my wife and I to share a bunk bed.

Review 23:Extra payment for garage parking (intensive snowing could be problematic for your BCN-no-winter-tires-rent-a-car), no ski storage, wi fi only with restaurant consumption. Check the winter school brake - young spaniards are very noisy all day and night, even for freaky backpackers' standards.

Review 24:Good location between Soldeu and El Tarter - two convienient ski lifts for Grand Valira region, in a walking/short drive distance from crowded fancy ski centers. Inexpensive offer of brakfast+supper in an onsite restaurant as a lazy alternative for self food supply.

Review 25:The room was tiny, not for 4 people. Bunk bed and roll out bed plus sofa - very cramped for 4 people. Cooking facilities inadequate

Review 26:Price and location were good

Review 27:Some of the other guests were noisy and inconsiderate in the evenings, after we had put the children to bed.

Review 28:Cheap and cheerful. Rooms had everything we needed. Fridge, microwave and 2 ringed hob.

Review 29:The floors are very noisy and sound travels between apartments through the vent system. This did lead to three nights disturbed sleep.

Review 30:The staff were good, the location good as the apts had a free ski transfer. All in all good value for money at busy half term week.

Review 31:no toaster or cooker. no dividing door between sleeping acomodation

Review 32:warm and clean

Review 33:Was led to belive it was closer to the main town than it was

Review 34:That it suited my budget

Review 35:Very noisy neighbours(all of them) No comfort in appartments, very poorly staff spoke little english

Review 36:Beautiful surroundings Big appartments

Review 37:Cheap
