Review 1：Please put a sign about parking against building. Took forever to get out when someone parked right in front of their rim despite the limited room.
Review 2：Beautifully clean. Wish there was a cup provided for the morning routine though.

Review 4：Room was very clean, bathroom was brand new. There is a good-size fridge and an iron in the room, plus TV with lots of channels (not just basic cable). Location is very close to trails, waterfalls, nature hikes, etc. Wired internet worked fine for the most part. Very quiet at night to sleep.
Review 5：The staff member I spoke with at check in wasn't too friendly, not rude but not welcoming. Not a big deal, as I did not have to speak with him aside from check in.
Review 6：There was more space than the photos let on. I think it was good bang for my buck. I would reccommend it if you're not looking for something too fancy and need somewhere good value. The WiFi was very fast and way to connect to.
Review 7：The strong chemical smell of the room. Although we booked in advance the room was stuffy and smelled musty. After a long day, the reception was very cold and no account or receipt could be printed.
Review 8：The room and bathroom was neat and clean, but it would have been less disappointing if the room smelled better.
Review 9：I woke up in the morning covered in itchy spots . My Dr. diagnosed the spots as bed bug bites . Bed bug bites are not only disgusting but by far the itchiest , most insane form of irritation I have ever felt . The health unit has been notified . The entire stay was far from what the pictures and write ups portrayed .

Review 11：Do Not stay in this motel. Staff were very rude, no manners at all. The towels were dirty. The customer service was poor. When we infotmed the staff about clogging toilet, the staff ( midage male) called us lier and staretd yelling at us. We told him the toilet clogged because of toilet paper, but he was telling us, that's not possible and we are not telling the truth. The morning of that day we discoverd bites of bed bugs on my girlfriend leg. We don't recomend this motel, because of bed bugs and un uncivilized staff.

Review 14：Where do I start...To begin with, I was charged more than what was quoted by booking.com...the place was so scuzzy looking that I made my husband pull up the sheets to check for bed bugs and I did not find any....there were not enough towels, no shower or conditioner for my hair...When I wanted ice - it was not available...No coffee maker to make coffee in the morning...Overall, it was not worth the $80/night that I paid.

Review 16：The staff was a bit incompetent when we checked in. I showed him the Booking.com reservation which was 2 queen rooms for one night, and he kept messing it up saying it was 1 room for 2 nights. After correcting him 3 times and pretty much shoving the email on my phone in his face, he finally got it right. The WiFi required a password, and that wasn't provided to us at check-in (we also didn't think to ask for it). By the time we returned to the hotel at 2am, we didn't want to bother the staff. So ask for the WiFi password when checking it. There were no glasses/cups of any sort. Only one large towel, so we had to share. There were pairs of everything else (face cloths, soaps, etc), but only one large towel. The batteries in the TV remote were dead so we had to replace.
Review 17：For how much the room cost, it was very nice. Most definitely still a motel, but it was a nice motel. Brand new modern bathroom, flat screen wall-mounted tv, microwave, mini fridge, and functioning AC. The sheets were soft, and the bed was alright.

Review 40：After three demands for TV coverage we gave up. We wanted to watch the D-Day news that day. When we switched on TV, the screen was filled with an unsolicited porno scene. No other channels, message was poor antenna reception. When I complained about this unwanted porno issue and no TV, nothing was done that night upon our return, except the porno. The next day I complained again, but nothing was done for the evening. Same message: poor antenna reception. Nothing had been done and no apologies.
Review 41：The location was great since we were close to Hamilton. The rooms were small but clean.

No room really for my clothing. hair in the bath tub and on the shower walls. price was a bit to high for the quality. You can get an actual clean hotel for an extra $25. I was just way to exhausted to move. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
