Review 1：Located 5 minutes' drive from Edmonton airport and has excellent shuttle service. Pets permitted. (Hardwood/laminate floor in the room gave us a sense that they had pets in mind when they renovated the room, which is good).

Review 2：Address was difficult to find using google maps. I found the cost of the hotel expensive for value. Should have been priced at $100 per night. I thought it was horrible that staff couldn't change the price for the room and that I could get the room cheaper on line than directly from the hotel for the second unplanned day. Hotel wouldn't automatically honour the same price even though I did get the same price online.

Review 3：Room service was great. Food was good. Love the King Bed.

Review 4：The place was dirty, garbage all over the hallways. The beds weren't even level, every time you moved in the bed it would make a loud bang. There was no remote for the TV. Even the security at the hotel made comments about how unorganized the place was.

Free shuttle service was fantastic and the staff ensured we were booked for a 5am trip back to the airport without us asking! Great in-house restaurant too.

Review 9：Attended a wedding nearby, though located by an airport, major highway and main railway the staff was very accommodating to find me a 'quiet' room.

Review 40：The front desk people were new and didn't have knowledge of the hotel. (maybe better orientation pre-shift). The table wasn't wiped down and the floor was left a little sticky. I left a burned out light bulb on the counter and it wasn't replaced. My son's room wasn't cleaned fully. Housekeeping didn't clean the table and glasses. There were inconsistencies between our two rooms. These are only little things, but they make the difference.

Review 58：I did not stay here but I booked this reservation for my parents 50thwedding anniversary. We dropped them off at the hotel around 10:30 pm (Ihad specified this upon booking the room back in april). They were toldthe hotel was overbooked and had to wait until the manager ok'd thesuites to be opened. They didn't get into their room unitl aftermindnight. Again, this was a 50th anniversary, so they were tired afterthe celebration with family and just wanted to go to sleep. They askedfor the manager several times and the staff kept hiding in the back sothey didn't have to deal with about 5 or 6 couples that were alsowaiting for a room. Luckily, they were the 2nd in line. They ended upwith a nice suite but should not have had to wait this long for a room.Not a great end to a wonderful milestone celebration!!!

Horrible room service staff quit in the middle of shift, takes an hour or more to get food. They usually have PPV I was told when I booked there was PPV there wasn't. The cable service is scratchy and cuts out. Microwaves in hallway are noisy when flight attendants are leaving at 4 am. No hot tub no pool no gym. Broken trust with my bill even after all the issues that were addressed by management I had to go over my bill and call back and inform them after check out I had been overcharged above my booking.com rate. So after everything they couldn't even make sure my checkout would go smoothly. My previously loved hotel has just gone so downhill and it's overpriced now. I'll have to stay elsewhere.

Review 74：This hotel looks like a little bit older hotel with a new face lift. The lobby was large and pretty. Hallways almost look like a cave with stone walls and sconces. The room was very pretty with fake wood floors and no carpets. Bedding was comfy and room was clean. Bathroom ok. We tried to use the computer and printer in their "business center" (one computer and printer that didn't work on a table in the lobby hallway). The front desk clerk was helpful and let us print from a back office computer and printer.
