Review 1：The reception staff was disorganized, slow at check-in, didn't understand (after explaining three times) that we had not taken anything from the mini-bar despite them having already checked it and our key passes failed to work (for three separate rooms) on three different occasions which was exhausting after long flights and full-day visits.

Review 5：Be careful with hodden charges at the Windsor. They charged VAT tax and there is no VAT in colombia. I stayed at two other hotels in Barranquilla that did not charge this 16% tax, Price Gouging plain and simple.

Arrived to the hotel at 7pm, young man at the reception couldn´t find the reservation, said he had no internet. Check in process took way too long. Room was average, no iron or ironing board. Bellman was very friendly. Pool area had a party the night before and was not cleaned up. Weak breakfast--no pancakes, poor variety of breads, only 2 types of cereal, no made to order eggs or omelette, Server tending the foods indifferent. Hotel had no internet or telephone service working.
