Review 9：the food in the buffet restaurant is not continental, most of the foods are indian food. the heater in the swimming pool is not working, my kids was very excited to swim only to find out that they cant swim because there is no heater and the water is very very cold since we visit at Christmas season . when i ask the staff why there is no heater in the pool, he told me they did not turn on the heater because there is no life guard and it will takes 3 more days to have a lifeguard. but its not a big issue for us because, the entire hotel is nice.

Review 13：However I find it a bit pricy for the state of the building. My room was dressed modern but it was clear that the building is quite old and just received some new paneling. The bathroom is nothing to write home about, but I’m already happy with the basics. People who want a modern luxury bathroom; don’t expect one.

Review 14：All in all an OK hotel. They feature a lot of extras like a spa and pool, 4 nightclubs and 2 restaurants. The hotel has a modern look and the lobby is very neat. Everything seemed up to standard. Service is good and friendly staff.

Review 22：I booked two-bedroom apartment, and it was big enough for my family. And the price was so good for a weekend, but was booked a month before our stay. Location is good. Receptionist Shemma was very kind with us. I recommend this hotel for families with many children but should be booked a month in advance to avoid high prices.

Review 23：Only downside is even on the 6th floor, you can hear the music coming from the bars which are open until the wee hours of the morning. If you want a peaceful sleep, request a room in the upper floors.

Review 31：Upon walking in to the hotel, it smelled like a toilet that needed to be flushed. The room decor, spa services, including swimming pool were very outdated, the free internet worked maybe 45% of the time, the shower, tub, and toilet leaked the entire 2 days, even after notifying maintenance. A mop was propped directly by my room the entire time so upon me entering and exiting my room, I had to see this mop. I phoned the spa to arrange a massage according to the list of services that's placed in rooms, but most of the services weren't even offered or the price had increased more than AED 50.

And requested for my EID for the deposit the Check Inn went like 3hrs and I was too upset as I was tiered of long drive. Reception didn't gave a better option. Then finally requested Booking.com to change the name to my Sister in Law.

Including staff who will rudely cram in with large luggage and food carts. And being on the 19th floor this made the whole experience bad. Also the buffet is horrible. They didnt warn us they were closing in 10 minutes and not making more food but still charged us 59 AED each for our meals. We had to call out the manager and make then bring more food.

Review 65：The housekeeping took an hour just to provide fresh set of towels. Slow responses and action from staff. The staff answering the requests calls were very unprofessional and rude making all necessary excuses plus hangs the phone while we were still talking to them. They do not know how to address complaints and issues. Food being served thru room services are cold and not presentable at all. Complimentary water and other basic needs are being overlooked when requested and the staff suggested we just buy them. On the first day of stay we were forced to buy our own 3in1 coffee because they forgot to get back to us.

Review 70：Cuisine is really good. We tried Chicken and Stake dishes - all tastyand large. Promos are amazing, including a set of hot dish and beers forthe very low price. Night room service was fast and polite. A lot ofbars and clubs.

I came with my family and children so I can see it is not suitable place for relaxing. Also it is more than 22 floors and they have only 3 elevators and it is using by all staff .

I thought closing the spa facilities at 9pm was too early for the weekend. could not sleep till 4 am because of screaming kids and door slamming's so something could have been done. I am not sure what were they thinking when they designed the parking as it seems to be suitable for go kart rather than normal cars. The lifts were too slow and had to wit every time up to 10 minutes.

Okay the refrigerator is not working i can understand at most of rooms is working but not making any cold. 2nd no soap and shampoo in the toilet i know there is 3 in one but it was also empty. 3rd this is the 3rd times so i need to say, bed is not being change always i think. First insident blanket smells deodorant pillows smells hair that never been wash. 2nd insident was bed sheets smells sweats and blanket too. Now this last check in same, bedsheets smells sweats again and pillows smells chemicals for curling hair. We need to call every time the housekeeping to ask complete sets for making bed. We do not like to disturb them so we do it by our self since we understand they might be really busy.
