Review 1：The fridge was making a lot of noise; there was no window to the outsid; noise in the morning and it was not possible to park the car inside (needed to stay on the street).

Review 3：Room next to us being remodeled, asked for room change. Administrator lady did not care. Basically said it was 830am; that we shouldnt be sleeping at that time.

Review 5：I put my mom up here while she was visiting. We got stuck on the 5th floor without power. She has bad knees and was more or less trapped for an hour or more. The night staff is terrible, especially the woman who is there. You can tell she doesn't want to be there.

Review 7：No hot water. Cleaning lady entered room at 9:30 am on Sunday morning and woke us up. Staff seem to hang around reception chatting, and don't acknowledge you until you say something.

Review 19：the fact that it is still under construction the noise, no hot water above the 2nd floor the power whent out on the 3rd floor. and the owners not very freindly especialy the lady with a sour face. she made me feal unconfortable they sit behined a glass wall office. I don't thinck i'll be staying there any more

Review 21：Only thing is that the first room they gave me had no windows (just VERY small ones on the top, you could not see outside and room was dark). But as I requested to change rooms, the staff was very helpful and friendly and they gave me a new room that had a normal window!
Review 22：Clean, easy to reach, comfortable room, reasonable breakfast. Excellent internet. Several restaurants, snack places and one supermarket at a walk distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very new hotel. I would say a practical option for short stays (if longer, I would book a hotel with swimming pool, because after a day walking in the hot Barranquilla you do have the wish to refresh yourself). But I do recommend it, I was satisfied! :-)
Review 23：There was a disco nearby that blasted music at headsplitting volume on the weekend. It lasted till 1:00 AM on Friday and until 3:00 until Saturday. I wouldn't recommend the hotel on those days because of the noise, though it was perfectly fine during the week.
Review 24：The hotel is a good value, and the staff was helpful. The room itself compared favorably with other hotels in Barranquilla costing much more. This hotel is a great value, except for weekends (see cons for more info).
