Review 1：My wife is handy caped, and the staff was very acomiadating in upgrading are room so as she wouldn't have so far to walk. They also went out of their way to do anything they could for her comfort. Thank you for everything L.Bonk

Review 2：The layout was confusing and I had to walk it a few times to figure out the best way in and out.

Review 3：The guy at the front desk was extremely pleasant and professional. The room controls worked great, and the bed was firm and comfortable. Very clean and quiet, and very close to the meeting I had to attend the next day. I only wish I had time to try out the continental breakfast.

Review 6：I booked a 2 queen bed room but upon arrival was told there was only a one queen bed room left, sleeping with 2 kids and myself was not restful at all. If I would've known the room wasn't available I would've gone to a different hotel. If I make a "reservation" why isn't that reserved for me?? The hotel blamed it on Booking,com that the reservation didn't come in on time...

Review 9：Customer service was excellent, meals hot and tasty. Rooms very clean and fresh smelling. Provided toiletries for your usage, good if you've forgotten something. Quiet rooms, couldnt hear people in the room next door. All in all a very nice hotel.

Review 10：I was not prepared for the hotel renovations. It looked closed when I arrived ; distressing ugly. It was not apparent where the front door was located.

Review 12：None told me when I booked that the hotel was under construction, renovations were not the best front to show my cousin visiting from B.C. To top it off I had to pay up front, and you had no cancellation allowed. It felt like a trap. Just get their money, it doesn't matter if hotel doesn't look good. Too bad. Ticked me off.

Review 49：Front staff were always welcoming. When I realized once that I'd forgotten my purse at an establishment, staff immediately placed a call for me. The lounge was lovely and quiet after busy days and evenings....a great place to relax. LOVED the "slow closing" room doors. Didn't hear a single door slamming as guests left their rooms.

Review 80：There was an issue with the bedspread which was not clean. I asked the front desk for a clean one. Within minutes, housekeeping staff attended at our room, changed the bedspread. Issue was resolved very quickly and efficiently.

Review 85：Well what is called High speed Internet, is not High speed, it can atbest classed as low speed wireless internet. You get on slow internetuse but if its latter in the day you can forget the access.They have a regular buffet at all means, I need to say night 2 the sweets were not fresh, they had been re-chilled for many uses, this raises the question how fresh was the food really.
