Review 1：- No suitable bathroom for handicape people - A/C is not central but splits and it doesn't match the hotel class -

Review 2：- I like what they did to make my handicapped girl feel comfortable in the toilate - I like the Spa - the rooms view

Review 3：The Bar in the evening was packed with People. That is ok, however, the Service was horrible. One could notice the stress of the personell, the main Barkeeper could not even smile properly and was whispering steadily something with every request one had. WE have been waiting for 15 min for a menue and then 30 min to have a preheated milk. The promised nuts (salty Little bits for wine) never made it to our table. I understand it is a very minor comment, however, at the Hotel with such an ambience and a class you would never expect to see this "angerness" towards bar guests.

Review 4：It is an amazing Hotel with a fantastic park, Restaurants, spa facilities. It is one of the best leading Hotels. Concierge, reception, rooms - everything is perfect. Specifically, the Little presents and Attention for Little guests is impressive.

Review 5：The attitude of the staff was exceptional. Every member of the staff was extremely attentive, helpful and kind. The live piano music, the breakfasts and the dinners in the park with beautiful flowers and trees were very pleasant.

Review 9：We stayed here last May and wanted to revisit on our way back to Calais after a skiing holiday to ensure our first time experience wasn't just a dream!! We were not disappointed in the slightest I'm pleased to say! Starting with the doormen, concierge, reception all the way through to the waitresses, barman and chambermaids - the staff are all so well trained and engaging - the food amazing. We were also fortunate enough to experience their brand new Spa facilities which had only opened two days earlier after 4 years of renovating! Will certainly return and highly recommend to everyone!!

Review 16：Nothing. Two comments tough - 1. the property is currently having an extension built so the pool experience was somewhat diminished. 2. I'm all for children enjoying themselves but would recommend to the hotel that inflatable toys not be permitted in the spa swimming pool. A couple of lovely kids had a great time but at the expense of several people attempting to have a swim and others attempting to relax in the spa environment. The father was encouraging them and joining in - the rich Russians sometimes don't travel well...... But you can't blame the hotel for that.

Review 75：I went with my elderly parents and the staff went out of their way tomake us feel welcome and to be as helpful as possible. The garden isbeautifully kept and a pleasure to sit in. The views from all therestaurants were lovely and very tranquil.

Review 78：Walls in room are not soundproof, you could here every word the neighbouring guests said. Altough the underground parking garage is from the hotel itself, you have to pay 24 euros per day extra to use it. Charging 30 euros per person per breakfast buffet is really over the top. This you don't expect from a luxury hotel like this, especially with these room rates and the buffet offered which is not more special than at another hotel of this price range.

Review 83：The cost does not match the experience. Everything is done right but Ihave had much better experiences for a lot less money. Also the hotelwebsite is misleading regarding the spec of the rooms - the cheapestroom shown is a Classic double which is described as having a balcony.Our room did not have a balcony and when we queried this we were toldour room was a 'superior double' - cheaper apparently than a Classic wethought we had booked (but at 330 euros a night !!). When I pointed outthe website problem they were very apologetic and upgraded us to ajunior suite which was very nice - but at 1800 euros a night it needs tobe !. The hotel is quite old fashioned and looking tired (E.G.threadbare Carpet on the internal stairs). The spa/pool area though isvery modern and superbly equipped. Overall very expensive and not valuefor money in my opinion.

Not acceptable in such ahotel not to have staff make an effort to control situation for theother guests who are there to relax. This is not a "family setting" perse. Some noise heard through connecting door in room and maybe throughindoor walls not insulated enough.
