Review 1：The hotel position is set between a relatively busy road and a quite green space. There isn't any secret of this fact as you have the option to pick (and pay) for your room orientation. If you want a quite morning, book the green side!

Review 3：Having to pay for parking. Was expecting more self-catering facilities in room eg a bigger fridge, mini hob, and cutlery/glasses. Storage for luggage and clothes inadequate. Better instructions in English for the odd lighting and window shutters.

Review 17：Actually, not much... let's just say that the road is a bit noisy if you are on that side of the hotel. Some bus staied nearby with its engine running for a while but that's it. Just had to close the window which are well soundproofed

Review 26：We stayed in the very comfortable Markgrafensuite, located just away from the town centre. Super suite. Ideal for us but a hilly climb for less abled people if they chose to walk back from town. Breakfasted at hotel, very friendly and helpful staff.

Review 27：The street side rooms are on a steep main street of Baden-Baden, so traffic noise made those rooms very undesirable. The park rooms have a lovely view and are very tranquil, so I would only stay in one of those. The breakfast selection was the worst of our trip in Germany. No eggs except on special order and 2.5 euros for one boiled egg. Skip the food and eat at the many nice restaurants a couple of blocks down the hill.

Review 38：Highly recommended - upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by a very welcoming staff and then by the manager of the hotel. We had booked two junior suites and not sure if it was our lucky day or they are extremely nice - they upgraded one of our rooms to a grand suite. The location is magnificent, parking facility is great, staff were top notch and the rooms were very pleasant. This was one of the highlights of our trip - unfortunately we only booked for two nights.

Review 45：Our A/C didn't work and it was a very hot week. The manager put in a temporary condenser that was very noisy and leaked water on the floor. It was over a weekend and they were unable to get a service person in to fix the issue however they did know about the problem when they gave us this room. I must say the manager was upset about the problem and did everything to try and rectify it during our stay. They did compensate us for this issue.

Review 53：The street layout means it is vital to put the number as well as the stree name into sat nav, as the hotel is not on the same street to the British way of thinking! We also had trouble navigating to the hotel as clicking on the link from the booking.com app took s to Karlsruhe, about 20min away, not Baden Bade. I'm not sure if this was a problem originating with the hotel or the app.

The breakfast was our favorite option during our 14 day travelsacross Germany. Our room had an outside patio, where we played cardsand drank the complimentary bottles of red wine :). The rooms wererefreshingly well air-conditioned (unlike all but 1 other hotelthroughout Germany). The room had the best darkening blinds I'veever seen - we slept until 9:30 am because it was so dark! Beautifulrooms, great bathrooms. Underground garage parking was great, too! Isaw reviews about check-in - just pull up on the sidewalk in front ofthe hotel and they will check you in (quickly!) and let you into thegarage. This was our favorite hotel out of the 5 in which we stayedduring our travels!

Review 62：There is a window in the bathroom connected to the bedroom. So when someone turns the bathroom light on in the middle of the night it lightens up the bedroom. There are no curtains just blinds so it is either open the blinds and let the light in. This is not great if your partner wants to sleep in. I wanted to sit on the patio in the morning sunlight!!!!!

Review 78：Upon arrival we were told that the room we booked overlooking the thermen was not available. But after 15-20 minute negotiations the room magically was found. We stayed at the junior suit which is not really a suit, just a regular room with no extras, not even a balcony. No need to call it a suit. Breakfast is outrageously expensive. There is a way to the thermen through the garage. This time there are puddles of water standing all over the garage at the entrance back to the hotel and was very slippery, I nearly broke my neck. For the money they charge there should be allot better service.

One staff blew us off in frustration when we tried to get assistance for the HOT ROOM with no a/c. Had to open window th the very noisy street below. Did not sleep well that night. We have stayed in Baden before but at another lower star hotel with better customer service, friendliness and food. Would never stay there again. Spent more money for less quality! What a waste.

We were able to walk to all the tourist attractions, which contributed to the success of our short holiday. Very stylish furniture and attentive staff. Review 126：The location is very good and the public car park is just across the road. A pleasant short walk takes you into town. The receptionist was very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was huge with a comfortable bed. It was handy that the hotel connects underground to the spa; even if you wear your dressing gown to go there (which seems a bit surreal in a public car park!) you are unlikely to see many cars. Excellent buffet breakfast with lovely fruit and coffee (the quality of the fruit is very important to us) and, once again, good service. I would stay again and definitely recommend others to give it a try.
