Review 1：When we got there,the lady at the front desk was not welcoming. She could hardly explain how to access the underground parking. We felt that we were disturbing her. Not a nice first impression!

Review 3：rooms need upgrading restaurant has terribly and overpriced food. i couldn't even finish my meal it was so over salted. staff is polite but a bit lost and not up to standard with the pricing of the restaurant.

Also, Wi-Fi not working, apparently a problem for other businesses in the neighborhood as well, but we were not kept informed when asked about the status.

Review 18：Breakfast is an outrageous price! My daughter and I paid $34 for a truly pitiful buffet. Nothing visible told us the price and a rushed waitress never gave me an opportunity to ask. We left feeling ripped off.

We had toswitch the first room had no air conditioning and the reply to me atfirst was... ≪well it is very cool out at night> I told them theyhad to change my room so they did.
