Review 1：I found my room at the front of the building to be a bit noisy from the highway traffic, so when I rebooked, I asked for a room in the south wing, and they were happy to oblige. I also liked the fact that I was able to park near my room and enter/exit from the sliding patio door when I needed to retrieve things from the car.

Review 2：The only thing was the lay out of the room was a bit auckward in relation ship of the bed and desk.

Review 9：This hotel was extremely clean, i loved that you could smell "clean" but not air fresheners. I would have given this hotel/motel 5* but when we came back from our venue at 130 am the side doors were NOT locked. These doors cannot be seen from front desk and this really upset and worried me resulting in very little sleep (2 broken hours) all the hotels we've been too always have those doors locked and allow you to use your key card to get in. If i had been travelling alone or with children i would have been terrified.

Review 16：Fire alarm went off really early in the morning and continued for about 10 minutes until staff figured out how to turn it off. Didn't really want to wake up that early!! And no elevator - can't do stairs, but they were very accommodating in getting me changed to main floor room.

Review 17：The room was nice - good modern bathroom, really comfy bed. Had microwave and a decent size frig. Free breakfast was pretty good. Since I didn't have a car, and there was no immediate bus transportation, it was more difficult to get around - had to rely on friends and family.

Review 18：My bed had a foot print on it and a blood stain on the pillow. It was showing through the case. Also the air conditioner kept turning on and off and was extremely loud.

Review 21：The room was nicely decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, free wifi and a big screen TV was nice to enjoy. The room itself was spacious yet cozy.

Review 25：The room was humid when we walked in so it took a while to cool it down. We reserved a queen room, I was expecting a room with one queen bed. We got a room with two beds. When we were checked out the bill was $10 higher than we were quoted online. We were quoted $85 and charged $95. Breakfast was supposed to be free so I'm not sure whether we were charged for it.

Review 27：For us it was close to Hamilton Pan Am Soccer, the hotel room was clean and comfortable, lots of breakfast foods to choose from and most of all the price point was right!

Review 34：There was no air conditioning in the hallways which caused the hallways to be muggy. Some of the furniture inside of the room was a bit dated. There was no HD signal for the HDTV.

Review 35：It was clean, quiet, with a pleasant staff. The room seemed to be recently renovated. Though nice, the old Art Deco style of the outside structure was deceptive to the modern interior condition of the hotel.

Review 36：Someone walked into my room at 5 a.m. Apparently he had been given the wrong room number and key. I booked a hotel because I desperately needed some sleep and I did not manage to sleep again after this incident. I really feel I did not get the good night's sleep I paid for.

Review 39：Enjoyed the breakfast. I have to avoid gluten, so couldn't eat the bread. Everything else was great though. My husband found the bed was too hard though.

A lot of variety, breakfast lounge was bright , nicer than a lot of restaurants we have frequented. We will stay at this Inn whenever we travel to this area again.

Review 41：Seemed I could hear other guests quite easily (though I did stay on a Saturday night, so this would probably be the case in any hotel at that time). Also the air conditioning would turn on and off every 2 seconds or so, so I had to reset it. Nothing major and no deal breakers.

Review 42：it was easy to get to, and well located. I was in town for a wedding at the Royal Botanical Gardens and it took me no time at all to get there and back. The staff were awesome. They helped me to check in early so I could still make it to the wedding, and gave me directions and good advice about the area. Simple and comfortable, I was quite surprised at what I got for the price I paid.

Review 71：This is a very comfortable, economical hotel for us to start from when heading south or southwest. If we started in the morning from our home in Peterborough we would be fighting Toronto Area traffic for ages. We started our day fresh with a good (free) breakfast.

Review 81：Loved that this INN seemed to be updated...nice bathroom, and was pleasantly surprised at the room considering how reasonable to price is. Buffet breakfast was pretty good as well. Loved how close it was to Club 54. Go to the club and you can walk back to the hotel! How cool is that?

Review 82：Upon arrival we noticed the bathroom floor was not cleaned or vacuumed as there were hairs all over the floor. The toilet seat cover was filthy. The fridge was not working and had left over food in it. But the night staff was very kind and helped start the fridge. Overall it was affordable but could have been cleaner.

Review 92：The Front Desk lady was very friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. After leaving the inn, we had a problem with our gas gift card which had been given to us upon arrival. I called the Inn and the problem was resolved quickly.

Review 96：Our room was on the 2nd floor with no elevator and we were at the back of the hotel so we parked out back and had to walk up a straight-up set of stairs which was difficult with luggage.

Review 108：The smell of cigarettes at the front desk was overwhelming. It was very strong and a huge turn off. There was not much insulation between our room (114) and next door (115). We heard everything the couple were saying, as well as the snoring throughout the night.

Review 109：It was a non-smoking room and we found a glass full of cigarette butts on the balcony. UGH. I was charged 8$ for breakfast on the Isite but when we got to the hotel it was included in the price. No extra charge for anyone. Over $20 of taxes and fees added to advertised price.

Review 115：I did not like the fact that no one in the office or at the reception desk would answer the phone when calling from your room/suite. I wondered what it would be like in the case of an emergency. I also did not appreciate the maid service knocking on my door a couple of hours prior to checkout time (11:00 am) even when arrangements were made for a late checkout and the notice hang on the outside of the door.

Review 117：Large cracks and paint peeling in washroom. Toilet ran unless you opened the top to fix every time. Was frustrating. In the morning could not get the water in the tub to stop running. Tried for a very long time. So it ran til I checked out.
