Review 1：Some staff have really bad attitude towards customers with back-packs which is really awful. Travelled a lot in Argentina lodging at 4 and 5-star hotels and never had same issue. You know when you are welcome and also you feel when you´re not...

Review 4：Situated smack down town at the central square. Really good quality breakfast, nice and comfy beds. Free luggage storage on departure day if you have a late flight. Wi-fi was good and strong.

Review 7：Very nice hotel for visiting Tucuman. The location is impeccable! It is on the main street in the center of the city. Everything is in walking distance. The room service was great! Very nice to have breakfast and Internet included.

Review 9：The location and facilities were fine. It was convenient for downtown. The breakfast is free (toast, pastries, etc) and okay. Staff was very helpful (arranged a cab back to the airport with a trusted driver; price negotiated in advance).

Review 12：When I arrived no one told me about all the facilities and how to access them. Internet connectivity is very slow. The shower heads need to be cleaned or replaced since through only a few holes. took a while for the water to get hot but it does. The carpet in the room is old, stained and a little musty. The pillows are very thick so depending on your preference this can be uncomfortable. They advertise a rooftop sky bar but if it opens it must be later at night, after 9.

Review 13：This is an older hotel that has done some modernization. The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet good, it is right by the main square so the location is very central. The rooftop pool and deck is a welcomed quiet area with great views.

Review 18：The only thing that let things down a bit was the very bad internet connection in the room. It hardly worked most of the time, which made things difficult for some of the things we needed to do. If they would fix this it would be close to perfect.

Covered parking nearby at reduced hotel rate for USD8 per day, good wifi throughout the hotel for free once we got it working. Good lobby, slow elevator. Good sized well lit decently carpeted room, small desk with chair, easy chair. Tiled bathroom with curtained tub/shower, good shelf space at sink. Very good continental breakfast, no eggs, minimal cheese and ham, but great variety of breads, danish pastries and cakes, as well as cereals, yoghurt, etc. We also had a good dinner at their restaurant - at a table set in the lobby because the actual restaurant La Marina was fully booked for a function - which demonstrates their flexibility in unusal situations. All-in-all a good hotel and good room, particularly considering the excellent price we got on booking.com - we well recommend.

Review 51：the stuff at the reception was not that friendly...they wasn't unfriendly but i'v been traveling a lot in argentina and the people are so warm and friendly. but the atmosphare there at the reception was a bit cold and i didnt felt me very welcoming and this for a 4 star hotel... lot of times the wifi was not working well.
