Review 1：During breakfast the coffee was not so good, and I didn't have time to use the business center

Review 2：The installations are awesome so it is the services. Room service was fast and well served.

Review 3：I have stayed in several cities and even more hotels in Brazil, but both Vittoria and also this hotel stand out. I only stayed one night in this hotel, so maybe too short to be dfinitive, but I nonetheless believe it to be the best so far.

Review 6：Went to have dinner, only 8 tables occuped, waited 30min to be attended, just after asking, they made me sign the receipt so they are very fast for the sign, but it took 45min more to get the food which wasn´t something take more than 5minutes to cook. I WAITED 1H15M SINCE ARRIVAL UNTIL I GOT SERVED

This hotel is in a zone where no taxis are available early mornings, in spite of my reservation the day before, making front desk manager volunteer bringing me to airport in his personal car. I would not stay in this hotel again realizing this unacceptable problem. 2. Hotel charged me for a coffee and bottled water 30 min before breakfast hours. My breakfast was included in price, but I had to depart earlier for airport and was charged for what would be free 30 min later. This is unheard of and completely ridiculous!
