Review 1：We booked a room and with a double bed and two singles. They charged is for that then gave us a room with a double and a single, then they refused to refund the difference. There was no water in the room after they said there was, so I went to their restaurant to buy some and they couldn't work out the change , they gave some of my drinks to someone else while they were confused. There was loud music until midnight just outside our window after my wife had specifically asked for a quiet room. Ac and fridge very noisy and WiFi was useless, and not enough plug sockets. Parking outside was convenient.

Review 3：Internet was only available in front desk area, the wireless WiFi was just outside my door, had strong connection but never a Internet connection. Restaurant wasnt very good and breakfast was not that good either ... Strange soupy eggs.
Review 4：Staff is outstanding, always available and helpful. Needed a big room for myself, my wife, two kids ams mother in law. Was a bit of confusion @ check in but manager sorted it out. Nice upgrade to the hotel overall. Good price.
Review 5：Check in took very long, we were charged more than the booking, staff didnt seem very friendly... In the restaurant we got our drinks after the food... i had pretty much finished my meal... At checkout i nicely reminded the receptionist that we still had to pay for our food in the restaurant when it seems like he didnt know, with this moment of honesty i didnt expect them to accuse us of taking more from the mini bar. The receptionist gave us a horrible look as if we were liers because obviously we would lie about taking peanuts from the mini bar for $0.30 when we reminded him about our meal which cost $20. No internet in the room. Bed was like a table.

Review 9：The location because it is a little more far from 'the center' so the cab drivers tend to rip you off (esp when they see your foreign face) to get to Buena Vista or other places. One night there was a party and loud live music started quite late, past 11 p.m. so it was a bit difficult to sleep.

Review 12：The hotel is located in a very central part of Barranquilla. The staff, particularly the cleaning staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming. The facilities were very clean and my room smelled great every day when i would come back in the afternoon. The restaurant has great food for lunch or dinner and the breakfast is never the same.

Review 18：This is the second visit here in less than a year and they are really improving the facilities and its great to see. Still great staff and some new additions, very helpful and friendly, always going out of their way. New pool, elevators, restaurant, updated AC's, new paint and new front office area. Good price during the carnival and hotels skyrocket at this time...We even extended an extra day so we stayed 4 nights for about 375 bucks at a high season is very reasonable. Very Clean. High on our list... !!

One time for over an hour before he got out. The free breakfast is literally toast with butter and sugary orange juice.
