Review 1：I did not like the said faces at the front desk, there is something wrong with the people there. They seems so sad.
Review 2：The best person in this hotel is a black old lady that works in the kitchen, she looked me in my eyes with a genuine expression and said: Good Morning
Review 3：The furniture is poor. The elevator simply didn't work correctly and sometimes would stuck with people inside.
Review 4：It's cheap compared to other places around. The location is nice, easy to reach the city town and comercial places.
Review 5：For the price, Vitória has much better. The place is run-down, but far worse is the staff, who obviously don't care about anything, and aren't doing even the minimum. The need of an update is shown in things like loud, rattly air conditioners and mini-fridges. Wifi not working in public areas when we stayed. (Pool not open, either.)

Review 7：The hotel is very old fashioned. Equipments (tv, minibar), bathroom andbeds are very old and poor quality. The staff is regular but not verywarm or simpathique. The coffee breakfeast is regular but I expectedvery more from a hotel that is supposed to be 4 stars. The cost-benefitis really bad, and I should not advice this hotel. Walking in the city Ihave seen other cheaper and newest hotels.
