Review 1：The location was fine for a longer stay but this is not somewhere you'd want to stay if you are trying to make a quick stop off the highway. I chose this motel because I planned on going to Quebec city and this was along the route out, but it was quite a trek back to the transcanadian highway.
Review 2：The room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was wonderful.
Review 3：Lack of electrical outlets, especially the bathroom. There was none. The location from the main Hwy was not ideal, but that was our fault for not checking more closely. Some people wouldn't mind this though.
Review 4：Driving right to the door, literally. The fireplace for heat a nice touch. We travelled with our pet and no added fee which was awesome. We do clean up after him and we know some people don't, so the no charge was great.
Review 5：This property is undergoing rents and the rooms are nice. Staff was helpful, although we had some language challenges as we do not speak French. Close to waterfront.
Review 6：Keep working on the renovation and please get the security latches installed on the room door. You may know the area but we don't and are cautious on the road.

Review 10：The location is OK, but there is no area for a really good dog walk nearby except along the road. The building is old and not particularly inviting. No individual air conditioning control.
Review 11：The room appeared very clean, the laminate flooring was pet friendly, the shower worked well, the atmosphere was casual. Not exactly a "gem" but an inexpensive overnight accommodation. The staff were very friendly.
Review 12：The driveway is all pebbles. The breakfast was very minimal - Cereal, Toast & Jam. Staff should speak a little better English and could be little more attentive during breakfast time.
Review 13：I liked the location - it was convenient to the Church that we were visiting. We also liked the cleanliness of the rooms. We rented 5 rooms and they were all what we expected.

It looks a little old and no landscaping ... we weren't sure what to expect on the inside, but it has been recently updated and the decor inside the units is modern and very nice. The bathroom is a little small, but it is still a great choice and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice with a good choice of cereals, yogurt, breads and muffins in a light and bright little dining area.

Review 28：The facilities for the breakfast is quite small. Only 4 tables for 3-4 persons. The table with the food and drinks was overloaded and we were missing space to take/prepare our breakfast. This was during the Country Festival so maybe normally it is not that crowded. Besides, it had everything we needed (cereals, toasts, coffee and orange juice).

Review 30：Some details: the lights and phone were unpluged when I entered in the room. There wasn't any shampoo or conditioner in the dispenser, and no blow drier in the room (maybe available at reception?). There was a big spiderweb at the door of the room.

Review 107：We rented 4 rooms with a group of friends, going Tommy Cod fishing at Sainte-de-la-Parade. It was a very cold day but the rooms were nice and warm. Very clean, soft comforter and lots of hot water. We all had a good rest. The breakfast in the sun room was very enjoyable with fresh fruits and toasted raisin bread. Definitely worth the money.
