Review 1：Old hotel with lack of maintenance. Rooms and hallway partially very dirty. windows don't insulate from noise of 6 lane main rod right in front - very load day and night.

Review 7：Bad smell from grease trap right outside entrance to hotel. Hotel old and dated. The sink in our room broke and fell through onto the floor while my husband was using it hurting his leg.

I had paid for 4 nights but I left as is impossible to stay there and instead of refund me I had to wait for one week to get a cheque. Ridiculous.

Review 12：Across the street from the beach. City bus stop a half a block away. Regular mattress instead of the thin foam common in Brazil. Excellent hot breakfast with fresh fruit. Very friendly and helpful staff. Air conditioning, in room WiFi and TV. Really nice place.
Review 13：The staff was very friendly, helped me with anything I needed. Prompt service, I had a bicycle with me and I was alllowed to keep it in the garage, always in front of a door man. A very nice swimming pool and a wonderful value for your dollar!

Review 15：I stay in this hotel almost always when come to Vitoria. It is nice ingeneral: good rooms, clean, good breakfast, staff is ok for Vitoria.Thelocation is great, for one can perform a good walk at the seaside inthe morning.
Review 16：After the shower I walked the few meters to the bed and my feet were black! the beds and towels were clean but when you took a deeper look it was not as clean as it seemed at first.
Review 17：The hotel has fallen in disrepair.The front door is thorn ,walls dirty ,towels are old,.breakfast is a poor show .It needs total refurbishment inside and out . What a pity as it is dead opposite the sea and near by are the new ibis and Comfort Inn.
