Review 19：Breakfast would be perfect if warm egg or bacon were served. When we requested for an egg to be cooked of extra charged, a staff replied sarcastically 'oh yes I can make some for you because I don't have anything else to do' - perhaps they were busy but she offered that if we need egg then this can be cooked of extra charge, but there's no reason to be rude!

Review 20：The hotel is clean and very welcoming. The receptionist was very nice and accommodating and can speak good English. Restaurants serves a good range of different dishes of reasonable price. Hotel staff was able to reserve a big table for a group of 7 people for dinner and breakfast. Hotel is in good location, with the ski bus stop 3 minutes walk. Also it is across to a good bar called coyote bar. Breakfast buffet is fairly good.

Review 21：Breakfast was poor, kitchen is closing at 9 pm, bar is closing at 10 pm. Cleaning service is starting at 7 am, so at 7:10 am on Sunday morning they waked up you by entering your room and tried to clean you room .

Review 24：The bathroom is very small. Breakfast food was not great with very limited options.

Review 27：town centre position & Meringen was lovely, Sherlock Holmes statue and all. You had to pay to book the garage otherwise you would have to pay to park on the back street! Breakfast was great.

Review 28：Asked for half board. The food was awful evening meal soup of some sort every night followed by buffet salad followed by the cheapest of the cheap main course. This really let this hotel down plus the fact one of the waitresses brought her son (about 7 years) in each evening and he proceeded to run riot around the dinning room and tried to incite any other small child to follow suit, this really did spoil our evening.

Review 29：Central location. Underground car parking very secure reached from inside hotel. Near railway station and buses for those going to the slopes. We took several train rides.

Review 30：The personnel was very friendly, the cheminee area cozy and the breakfast very good. It was nice that we were able to check in when we arrived in the morning, which we had not expected.
