Review 1：Perfect location when you need to reach the airport during the rush hour. Friendly lobby area. Spacious room, good shower. Nice breakfast buffet. Parking on site. Excellent value for money.

Review 2：Tried to charge for parking when it is listed as " free parking" on the description. Takes them a while to open garage at night.. Sometimes would have to call or get out of the car and walk to front desk to get them to open.

Review 10：Very disappointed as I have made the reservation for my partner at your hotel and requested through you booking.com for the hotel to take the payment from the card I have provided while reserving the room!when she checked in at the hotel they asked her to pay for her stay but that wasn't the deal as I have requested this and you guys sent me an email confirming that the hotel accepted this!when I spoke to the receptionist on the check out with my partner(i Sami nasri arrived next day)he wasn't interested to help till I asked him if he had the information about the payment then he found it on the paper of the reservation!please I need a response from you why this is happened as I am very very disappointed about this!!!regards

Review 12：I had my wife on reservation. When she arrived the next day after me, the staff gave her a tough time. Would not allow her to enter. Don't understand why they refused to check the reservation and chose to insult her! My internet connection was not good . Needed to call twice a day to front office to reset password.

Review 14：The main complaint is the internet did not work in the room. Repeated complaints to the management on this. It seems they needed to reset the routers. Also the staff were functional but could have been more friendly.

Review 18：Get decent irons for guests. Burned a good pair of pants just beforeleaving for the airport. Had to scramble around to find a store for mywife so we could travel with appropriate attire and no big iron burnmark on the pants.
