Review 1：Room was so cold. The little heater did not heat the room. No blankets in room. So cold I left in the morning without showering bec the room was so cold. Noises from hi way Told manager in morning and didn't care. I had room heat set at 75 and I was freezing. At home my heat is 70-71. Heater screwed up. No discount no apology.

Review 14：Booked online. Desk clerk very slow with check-in process. On arrival informed desk clerk of eagerness to get to my room to watch end of baseball game. TV in room not working, desk clerk attempted to adjust TV for 15 minutes, before pulling keys for new room from pocket. Had to request assist with getting baggage cart multiple times before assist provided. Desk clerks people skills very poor, and rude attitude.

Best Weatern Burlington offered good value, a reasonable location and good access for all the family events I had to attend. Review 35：Breakfast does not have a large selection of gluten free items footstool in my room looks as if it has never been cleaned because has stains from probably hundreds of sweaty feet being placed on it. Bathtub is very plain. Not very large

Review 40：No matter how many different key cards we were given, they did not work. The door lock was defective. The arrangement of the breakfast room was such that it was impossible for anyone to get to the hot foods if someone was getting cold cereal...and vice versa.

Review 42：It just wasn't clean. Still crumbs on the ottoman from last guest when we got our room. Floors and hard surfaces had hair and dirt still stuck there .....result of a dirty mop and cloth. Carpets had certainly not been vaccumed recently in room or in lobby and lobby stairs. Furniture in the room needs to be either professionally cleaned or replaced. It was shiny with wear and spotted with stains. I'm also skeptical about who is doing their laundry.....most hotels with this 'plus' rating use a laundry service. Here, the desk staff is often seen folding towels as busy work. I'm all for making best use of your time, but it makes me uneasy to think that cleaning staff who can't properly vaccum a carpet or disinfect a bathroom are tasked with laundry duties. I have stayed in some rough camps from time to time, but as long as the linen is clean, I can sleep fine. My particular reason for a poor-ish review is the fact this is rated a Best Western Plus ......we had just stayed 3 nights at another Best Western Plus and the two do not compare at all. Bottom line, bring your own sani wipes, maybe a towel and grab some extras for your frig in case you miss the 9:00am (!) breakfast closing and slippers!

Review 43：Pool was nice....hot tub was hot. If you could scoot in for breakfast before the mad rush to meet the 9:00am closing all was well......if not, you were in line or missing out altogether. Nice to have frig/mic in room. Large room with good layout and decent amount of furniture

We hoped for an experience like the Calgary Airport Best Western which was superb.

Review 102：It was too expensive in my opinion. There was a hotel right beside this one which was less than half of the cost of this one (although it was not as nice), as well we had to change rooms in order to get wi-fi.

Review 103：The tv was analog, rather than digital. There were no shelves up high in the shower, which made it difficult for me to bend down and reach soap, shampoo, etc. The water temperature in the spa was way too hot and the pool was a little too cold, so we weren't able to enjoy either one. :(
