Review 1：I did have the feeling of being in a 5-star hotel. Rather 3 stars. It was raining in our room due to the humidity and we had to change rooms. They have a panoramic restaurant at the 26th floor but the Windows haven't been cleaned in years so you cannot see anything. The pool was dirty.

Review 3：Typical problems with the Colombian staff. I lived in Colombia for 2 years and am still amazed that they refuse to admit when they or wrong. It's very frustrating. There were problems with the credit card machine and the young woman at the front desk was very stubborn about how to run the card (it says debit but it should be run as a credit card. Silly bank). Ultimately we had to use another card with higher international charges. All because this stubborn girl would not run the card as we asked. Also our room was not cleaned until almost 5 pm one day.

Review 4：This is not a 5 star hotel!!! Room is old bed is uncortable, there is a building next door being build which starts banging metal at 7 am bathroom smells like mold, there is not hot water, not bellman offered, they couldnt change a 50,000 pesos bill!! Acustic on the room was horrible i could hear my next door neighbor talk all night long! Very unprapared for check out as there was a soccer game only 2 attendants seemed overwhelmed

Review 10：The one thing that was anoying was that the room keys would stop working so the second nighy arriving late and staying on the 17th floor and have to return down was not really pleasant. Every time we would arrive we would let them program our room key.

Review 20：Did not like: 1. Bed is small for a couple for a "5 star" 2. Has watered down pump soap in a jar in bathrooms?? I have never seen that at a "5 star hotel. What happened to real luxurious bar soap? Shampoo is the the same jar! Also I don't exactly what to touch the soap jar of some one else that was just in the room before me. 3. The doors, closets shelves all are warped, made of 70's dated wood. Very old and not maintained including old tiles. 4. Safe did not work..needed a new battery I guess. 5. Felt like I was in a convenience store in both the bathroom and mini bar with pricelists and exhoribant charges for stuff. 5 star would give many things complimentary when asked like a toothbrush or paste. 6. Bad odors in bathroom 7. Never been dusted in our room! So much dust everywhere. Desk, closets, tables. 8. Shower head not good at all but good hot water. 9. Breakfast at the pool, not bad but when ordered my egg omelet first, the chef kept giving my order to others! 10. Restaurant turns into a bar at night. Limited sleep with the bass and music. I hate to write negative reviews but when a hotel gives itself a 5 staff rating and is only a 3 at best.

Review 71：I'm utterly confused as to why this hotel is listed as 5* and the reviews are so favourable. The rooms are 3* (and I'm saying this as someone who has stayed in good hotels across Latin America), the staff are generally nice but a bit all over the place (the cleaner wouldn't leave when I got back to my room after breakfast even though I told her I was checking out in 10 minutes), and the breakfast is the usual mass-produced breads and fruits you find anywhere else. Oh, and the "welcome drink" doesn't even extend to a beer! I regret staying here as there are so many other places to choose from for a similar price.

Also, it is conveniently located, in the heart of the medical district. We could walk to almost everything and it was very safe and secure
