Review 1：First room we got was very cold. The basket case was full of trash from previous stay. on the bed sheet there was dead insect. Alive cocoroach was in the corner. A bucket of hairs on the bed. After I asked to change a room we have got the other one where the trash bin was also full. But generally this one looked better except it did not have coffe machine or teapot. Some things are missing from refrigerator. In generall rooms look tired!

Review 5：When we arrived to check in we had to wait until the receptionist drove other guests into town. Restaurant was closed and no room service because they had no staff. Single duvet on a double bed. Shower door broken and shower ran hot and cold. Very bad value for money at 204chf per night.

Review 9：Lack of restaurant. Nothing was said when I checked in. When I went down to eat I was told the restaurant was closed as the hotel was quiet. This was strange as I heard the receptionist tell another guest the wi-fi was slow as the hotel was busy.

Review 11：This is not a 4 stars hotel, maybe it was, but not anymore. Rooms furnitures very very cheap. Tinny shower cabin. Breakfast very mediocre not even average. This room cost the double of an ibis and offer you the half, definitely not good value for money. I would recommend this hotel only if you dont have any better option.
Review 12：Friendly Staff. Room very clean. Free outdoor parking place. Free and good wi-fi signal. Very close to the lake and let you leave your car even if you made the checkout.

Review 17：At check-in they don't tell you that there is no hot water, eventhough they know there is no hot water throughout the entire hotel,but they still charge chf 125 at check-in. Even in the morning it wasnot fixed.
