Review 1：There was not anything bad about the experience. I was disappointed that there was no elevator since I was carrying several pieces to my room. It would be nice to advertise this fact so that I could have booked a ground floor room.
Review 2：The hotel was modern looking inside and the bed was very comfortable. The rooms are well appointed with many useful things. The location of the hotel was great and relatively quiet.
Review 3：Partiers kept us awake until 2:30am while staff didn't deal with it in a timely way. They refunded us for the night to compensate.

Review 5：Could not use the heat in the room because they were not changed from 40 yrs ago although the rest of the hotel was renovated. BAD Mistake. I have asthma, and when I turned on the heater I got that old musty smell from an old furnace blowing from the heater. Could not breath with that. Unfortunately we had to stay with no heat in the room. No consideration from the hotel regarding this issue.

Review 16：The breakfast was plentiful. The only suggestion is that they need to improve the quality of the waffles. Perhaps a better batter would hep. My husband and I both ended up throwing most of the waffle away. Other than that we enjoyed our breakfast.

Review 25：I work midnights so I sleep during the day and i've stayed in quite a few places lately. This hotel is the quietest during the day i've encountered so far, which is greatly apprecitated. I would stay here again for that reason alone. The breakfast was also terrific as were all the staff.

Review 27：I would recommend. We stayed here for visiting Niagara, it is just half an hour driving. There was also an outlet shopping center nearby. American warm breakfast with waffles etc.

Review 46：Absolutely the rudest treatment of a guest ever. The 3rd party authorization was lost by both hotels related to the booking - Admiral Inn Mississauga and the Burlington Comfort Inn and the principal customer was treated like a second class citizen until they could reach me - the booker. Even after I had received confirmations by both hotels that they had received the authorization and the payment had been made one week before. No one knew what they were doing. Result - will never, never stay here again. Absolutely disgusting.
Review 47：Should be a fan in the bathroom and the shower head could be stronger when shampooing thick hair like mine. It would be nice to have an elevator for those on 2nd floor. Kind of heavy to carry our suitcases upstairs.

We slept like babies. :) We also loved the hot breakfast included in the price - lots of choices, lots of seating, lots of good coffee. Great amenities in room, great staff in halls. Very friendly man at the front desk and the young housekeeper in our wing.
