Review 1：Your Biz-Center needs better equipment and a friendlier environment. Copy machine for boarding passes as well.

Review 3：the only not so good is the elevator card reader. You have to use it to access the elevator and this never worked in one try.

Review 5：Staff was arrogant and service was mediocre at best. Myself and other associates were approached by staff when sat around the pool consuming for some visitors we had and were asked in front of guests to pay some absurd amount for them to use the pool and were trying to sell us some bbq platter. Internet is mediocre and goes in and out. Cards for the elevator had to be re-programmed at least once a day.

Review 6：The cleanliness and facilities.

Review 7：The staff was friendly but unprofessional. They did not have our reservation when we arrived so check-in took forever. They then assigned us a room that already had a guest sleeping inside. They charged almost $5 for a razor, which would have been free in a hotel of a similar price point. When we reserved a hotel car to go to the airport, we were assured 40 minutes would be plenty of time. The next morning when we came down for our car, they gave it away to someone else--as we were bringing our luggage out to get in--and made us re-register for another car. Even without the added hassle, it took much longer than 40 minutes to drive to the airport and we ended up missing our flight.

Review 9：If only they cleaned the outside of the windows regularly. It was almost impossible to see the city from our 10th floor room. On Fridays & Saturdays there is a club close by that plays loud music until 4am. We had to change our room as it was very hard to sleep.
