Review 12：Hotel not at all full . Sunday night. Given very small cramped room. Had to close bathroom door to find toilet paper. No space at all around sink to put toiletries. Told by evening clerk free wonderful breakfast. We went at 7 AM to find no staff in area, no coffee even made, everything wrapped in Saran Wrap. We crossed the street and ate at Tim Horton's.

Review 14：Perfect for an overnight stay during a road trip. Staff were cheerful and welcoming upon our late arrival. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Property is showing its age, but clean.

Review 15：The place needs to be remodeled and upgraded. We had requested handicapped room but all there was was a hand hold to step into a normal tub. Halls get noisy after bar closes

Very angry! Also, the Army (Britians) at end of night...pissed on bikes and cars on South side, not happy!

Review 22：The room (#103) didn't even have a towel rack by the sink?? The front desk staff was incompetent & unapologetic when it became apparent an error was their's, not ours! They held us up for 20 min. to clear up 2 con. #'s - which was not the case - the kid simply couldn't read! 1 con. # was sent to the hotel twice by booking agent but we were expected to fix the problem? Seriously? No apology from either front desk kid nor his manager. Then police & ambulance arrived to take someone away in handcuffs - I thought this was a Coast Inn not a seedy inn catering to low life? I'll never book at a Coast Inn again!

It was almost -40 with wind chill when i was there and i had to go back outside and drive and find somewhere to eat because this place couldnt provide that service.

Review 36：Staff very understanding and accommodating - I was stranded without a vehicle as mine broke down while here. The staff allowed me late checkout while waiting for vehicle to be repaired - fantastic!

Review 37：The hot tub. More like the warm tub. Too bad. I was there at the first blast of snow and cold. It would have been nice. The first 2 days it was fine. The remaining definitely not.

Review 45：The decor was early 90's but clean. The bed was stiff as a board with only a bed spread and no duvet or comforter for warmth. Recycled central air made it cold and you couldn't sit on the side chairs in the room as they were falling apart. The mini fridge was really loud and I like white noise to sleep. The room was over lit with compact florescence. There are better choices in Medicine Hat and I will definitely choose them next time.

Review 51：Upon arrival I requested if we could get a microwave put in our room, as my husband needed to heat his health bag.The Front Desk Receptionist went to work on it immediately and within 5 minutes she moved one into our room,all the while she was doing this, she was nothing but very pleasant.This hotel is quite and has an excellent location.

There was no mention that there was no elevator on your website so we were rather surprised when we arrived and had to rearrange our room to a lower floor. It also made it challenging for her to go to the complementary breakfast although she managed with ourassistance.
