Review 1：Friendly staff! Room was well appointed, very clean. Location was great for visiting the downtown historic area, and just a few steps from the pier. Beautiful water view.

Review 2：Not many towels - two medium sized ones for 2 people. Very little hanging space to dry them. Bathroom is super tiny for such a large room. Rooms are dated, carpet is super worn out and stained. Linens and towels were clean and fresh. Door lock is a cheap regular type door lock that unlocks itself every time you go in or out of the room - you have to physically re-lock it every time you leave the room. No temperature control in the room - it was too hot all the time. We left the porch door open most of the time we were in the room. Room 306 is right across from the vending machines and storage room where cleaning staff store their supplies and do laundry. Both results in a lot of noise and the sounds of people talking and laughing very early in the morning. Walls, doors and floors are paper thin so we heard everything from the floor above and all around us. Hotel is currently for sale so I doubt any upgrades coming anytime soon. This place is greatly in need of some TLC but overall for location it is tough to beat. Price is high for what it is, but in relation to others in the area it is reasonable.

Review 3：Location is fantastic! Right on the ocean so every room has an amazing view of the Harbor/Ocean. Also right on the main drag just a short walk to the center of everything happening on Water Street. Bed was very comfortable. We upgraded to the King suite and had a lovely little sun porch addition which we used quite a bit and a small deck overlooking the bay. The sun porch was ideal for late October sunny days. The Wifi was great and we were able to watch shows on Netflix with no problems - TV only has 1 channel.

Review 4：The WiFi wasn't reliable. Constantly cutting out. One of our beds sunk in the middle. No phone in room. No soundproofing as we could hear every footstep and conversation from suite above.

Review 5：Loved the location overlooking the sea. Lots of parking. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Review 6：While free coffee and donuts aren't something that needs to be offered in the morning, we wished they also had decaf as it's not easy to find it around town unless you're at a restaurant.

Review 16：The location is perfect for strolling the business street of St. Andrews and dining. We arrived, parked our cars and did not have to drive until 2 days later when we left for home. The balconies overlooking the water is.great. So relaxing.

Review 17：The pool was not open for renovations but I can understand. Even though clean and comfortable, it is a little outdated. Also because of the location and not alot of breakfast restaurants, it may be nice to have a contential breakfast available in the lobby.

Review 19：Not that good for check-out (other employee). The pool was under maintenance, also one of the rooms has the false ceiling removed. Still expensive.

A little expensive for us, but still enjoyed our stay. We were not a couple, just sisters getting away for a little break, and we have always enjoyed St. Andrews. My daughter was married last year on the Jolly Breeze, and several of our family and guests stayed at your Inn. It was a fantastic time.

Review 41：There are a couple of 1 to 2 centimeter ridges on the ramp into the foyer which were difficult for my 86 year-old aunt to maneuver with her walker - but she did it and she really enjoyed our stay.

Review 42：Large bathroom with grab bars, plenty of room for 2 women's bathroom accessories. Beds were comfortable and it was so quiet we slept solidly. The views of the Bay of Fundy as the tide went in and out are phenomenal! The kitchenette was well outfitted with dishes, etc. for 4. Although the refrigerator was small, it held enough and made ice in the freezer, too. The pool was warm - no bracing myself to get into it. The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful when we had a problem (the problem was not caused by the hotel). St Andrews is a special place and the hotel is in easy walking distance from the whole of downtown - even for my 86 year old aunt with her walker!

Review 47：Our room was outdated, Bathroom needs updating. We were told we would have a flat screen TV, but the one we had was many years old and the remote didn't work well. Also our Air Conditioner which was also old stopped working and a window one had to be installed while we waited to relax for the night. This is something that you do not expect when you pay $160.00 for the night.

Review 56：No hair dryer in room. Having to go the the "sister" hotel - Kennedy Inn - if you wanted a proper full breakfast. Had originally booked at the Kennedy Inn for 2 adults. This was then cancelled and rebooked at St. Andrews Inn for 3 adults. I had rec'd confirmation that my first booking was cancelled at Kennedy Inn. But later got a msg. from the manager while there, that we had not honoured our booking at Kennedy Inn. Very frustrating and not impressed!!!!!!!!! Good thing I kept a copy on my email of the cancelled booking and proved to the manager that the other was definitely cancelled.

Review 58：It is an older hotel with no elevator. The floor in our room was very squeaky, and the furnishings were old, but it was clean and comfortable enough.
