Review 1：that the bar only opened at 4 PM and was not open on Sunday at all. Also, there were no bar amenities at the pool.

Review 8：This is a high-quality hotel that we found for a really good price. It seems like a 4 star hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, of course. We had a huge marble walk-in shower in our standard room. The buffet breakfast is great, it was included, and had things that you wouldn't normally find at a breakfast buffet, like steak. The hotel is connected to a small mall with a couple of fast food restaurants.

Review 9：There's way too much humidity and damp smell in the hotel. My mom who suffers from allergies had to request a change of room and her allergies still acted up. The shower floods, when taking a shower. These issues have occurred since day one, but since the staff and location are soo great we hoped that these issues would be fixed; they haven't and for that reason we would not be returning.

Review 13：No tv and no internet during our stay due to a outage. I received a letter apologizing however. No English at check in. Taxi ripped us off for a 3 min ride to the mall. Get one pn the street next time.

Review 18：Arrived late at night and got room 402. The smell of humidity I started feeling after a while was uncomfortable. I didn't asked for a room change as it was late and I was very tired, so I decided to put up with it for the night. On another note, I had a shirt dry cleaned that was suppose to be delivered 7 am but did not arrive on time. Breakfast was good. Not a 4 star hotel, more of 3 star in my opinion.

Review 19：There was some waist space in the room, could have been a nice living-room area. the service was kind of slow I had to called in one occasion to check up on them and one time at the restaurant too. The pool not what I expected, tiny. The cleanliness of the room was very superficial and the amenities of the hotel weren't that impressive. definitely a more oriented business hotel where you don't spend too much time in it

Review 21：During our stay there was a party on the third floor and the music kept us up until 3. We had lots to do in Barranquilla and couldn't sleep in. (But the hotel was very gracious in accepting responsibility).

Review 22：we loved the installations, especially the roof top pool! The manager, Harold, was brilliant when we called to complain about the noise from a party the night before. He listened and compensated us accordingly - the best part was how he listened. We will definitely return to the hotel - and ensure we are on a higher floor so as not to hear the music! The rooms were stylish, modern and really comfortable - once it was possible to sleep.

Review 47：Some of the floors smelt like damp and didn't feel very clean (we had friends staying on the 11th and 12th floors of the hotel so we noticed this when visiting their rooms). The singer in the bar on the Friday night was wwaayyyy too loud, didn't need a mic at all, but as she had one it was impossible to hold a conversation in the bar.

Review 48：The pool area was great for us as we were just in town for two days for a wedding. We live in Bogota so it was great to be able to enjoy some outdoors time next to a pool! The room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a fantastic rainfall shower!
