Review 1：Poor bath room installations, substandard furniture. Received a warning from the credit card company that someone tried to enter my security Pin several times after using the card at the hotel . Card was blocked after this.

The front desk staff and general management are not very helpful. the rooms are not very well sound proofed and you can hear screaming children running down the corridors. The bathrooms need refurbishment and is not what is expected of a 5star hotel.
