Review 1：We're from Toronto and we stayed at midland inn for one night and our experience was absolutely amazing. The cleanness and facility of the suite is a solid 4 star hotel standard. Breakfast was included, and it was absolutely ten times better than what we expected. A warm and full breakfast is the best way to start a snowy day.
Review 2：Pull out couch isn't the most comfortable to sleep on, could feel the metal underneath. Furniture is a little sparse in the suite's "living room" so there was not really anywhere for all 4 of us to sit so some of us had to sit on the floor to watch tv in the evening. Location is a little far from town but is close to the highway which was great for arriving and leaving town. Some staff not as personable as others but not a deal breaker. Extra cot daily rate was a little pricey.
Review 3：Bedroom bed was quite comfortable and rooms were really clean. Suite is a great size for family with 2 kids and could probably have been a comfy space for at least 1 or 2 more kids. Was nice to receive breakfast included each day for no extra cost and to have the kitchen sink and fridge in the suite. Some of the staff were really friendly and personable.
Review 4：Reception was a little cold, could have used some music and a friendly hello when checking in considering the hotel itself is in a bland remote part of town. The tv is only cable with no option to rent a movie which was okay as we didn't spend much time in the room but it is something I typically look for in a hotel of this size. Other than that it is one of the nicer options in town for accommodations so I really can't complain. Great stay overall!!!
Review 5：Had the King suite for a night. Place is extremely clean and is still like new. The room is large, almost too large. If I had kids it would have been perfect but for 2 people it wasn't needed. Bed and pillows were comfy. Great place to stay if in Midland.

While room was fine, there was only a desk and 2 chairs, none for comfortable sitting or watching TV. Light bulbs were burnt out in 2 lamps. Review 17：The staff was very helpful at suggesting places to visit suited to our personal interests. The hotel was so quiet and clean! Breakfast was not a typical continental breakfast, it was a hot buffet breakfast. Very good!

Review 19：Not a bad experience at all but room proud have used a couple comfortable chairs - lots of room for them. Breakfast was a disappointment. Absolutely no fruit other than orange juice. Usually these buffet breakfasts have a bowl of assorted fruit or fruit salad. And usually lots of yogurt - not many healthy choices here.

Review 25：The breakfast supply was totally inadequate for the number of people there. At one point, they were out of at least bread, milk, eggs, butter, juice, and yoghurt, and it took a long time for these items to be replenished.
Review 26：Beds weren't top of the line. I slept fine but my husband didn't think it was wonderful, breakfast was fine but not excellent. One morning eggs were on cold side but there was a microwave breakfast was filling and included!

Review 34：1.Road into the hotel has more potholes than I have ever encountered. 2. No elevator. I have serious leg problems. Once I got to my room I had to stay there until checkout. 3. I was starving! No breakfast because I could not bring myself to do the stairs twice the next morning...to eat and then to check out. I asked if there were any leftovers or even a muffin but breakfast had ended when I checked out. I subsequently got a tea and muffin at Tim Hortons across the road. I am even more disappointed after reading the wonderful comments on the breakfasts. 4. When I arrived mid afternoon I asked for the location of the elevator but was advised that there were none. When I stated that I planned to meet with a friend, who lives in Midland, later that evening following our night at the theatre, I was offered the dining room as an alternative to us visiting in my room. In view of my inability to mount stairs and her limitations as someone who is confined to a handicap motor scooter my second-floor room was not an option. The visit with a friend whom I have not seen in two decades would have been more sociable and convenient had a main-floor room been provided. 5.I was not advised until the next day that I could have been considered for a room downstairs.
Review 35：Liked the room, quiet, comfortable and convenient parking. Staff friendly. Chambermaid got someone to carry a suitcase down the two flights of stairs for me when I checked out.

Very classy. Most Inns now just provide a basic buffet style breakfast that is of poor quality. Midland Inn & Suites have staff that take your order and prepare a very nice breakfast. This'll especially stood out as a major win for me. Well done! I have already recommended this facility to another family member whose traveling there in two weeks.
Review 43：There was a towel behind the door from previous customer. The doors aren't very sound proof, when people spoke in the hall way you hear it very clearly in the room.

Review 47：It was the first time that I had ever slept in a motel, and my job let's me do that a lot, that I didn't have to get up in the middle of the night and turn off the air conditioner because it was too cold, and then get up again to turn it on because it was too hot. The beds were clean and comfortable in all aspects. I did however bring my own pillows, because I have an allergy to certain pillows. I do that everywhere I go.
Review 48：Arrived after dark, and felt very uneasy trying to access building. Poor unlit signage. We ended up circling the place on unlit dirt roads, coming very close to booking elsewhere.

Review 50：We were very pleased with our recent stay at the Midland Inn & Suites. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were large and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and the room quiet and peaceful. Excellent internet services and served breakfast was a surprising treat along with the specialty coffees. Can't think of anything they missed.
Review 51：Rooms are painted in grey and windows are small so the rooms are rather dark. Location is a bit out of the way.

Review 53：Access was poor. We used GPS to get there and ended up in a field. Had to go over rough country to reach the hotel. Sooner signage as to accessing by King St. would have helped us. Now we have been there once it won't be a problem.

All steps do not have the same rise: quite a trip hazard for someone like me. Had a great laugh about the directions to use the "This is not a public road" boulevard.

Review 66：Should provide driving directions on website to enter Prospect Blvd from King St off of HWY 12. Entering from the west side on HWY 12 onto Beamish Rd brings you to a gravel road with many huge potholes. The ice machine at the end of the hall on the first floor is quite noisy, especially noticeable at night.
