Review 1：The room was incredibly dirty, I don't think it had ever been vacuumed. The worst part was that I got bedbugs. I wanted to tell the staff at checkout but no one was at the desk, and I can't find contact information for the hotel anywhere.
Review 2：I wish that the on-site restaurant had a tied in discount for people staying at Kimberley Inn and Suites.

Review 4：When I booked the rooms online, the hotel advertised the rooms come with complimentary continental breakfast and coffee, but after we checked in, the staff would not provide us with the beakfast the next morning. We lelt being cheated.
Review 5：I greatly disliked the area behind the Inn. They need a garbage can for empty coffe cups, and a proper container for cigarette butts. There were 3 large pails with sand in them for the butts but people also put their take out containers there as well. It just made it look dirty. I am a smoker & I was upset to see this mess. I wanted to talk to the desk person about it but they weren't there when I wanted to tell them. Its an awesome hotel despite the fact that it is an older building. I hope to stay there again maybe next summer, but would really like them t clean up the mess out back in the parking lot. A recycle container would also be helpful. I think that people would like to see that done, its a minor thing really, and easy to fix without much cost actually. But that does make an impression on people staying there.So 3 things: 1. a proper garbage can 2. a proper cigarette butt can or vessel 3. A recycle bin.
Review 6：Location was very good as we could walk a block to get to the Platz, and the cool shops.

Review 13：The restaurant was called Curry & Pizza. The smell of curry was throughout the entire hotel including all levels. It was almost unbearable. Never ate at the restaurant for that reason. Would probably not stay there again also for that reason.
Review 14：The comforter had stains all over it. God only knows how clean the actual bed was. Left over juice n milk left in the bar fridge from previous resident. I believe it was from a employee staying in the room. Door lock didn't work properly and the restaurant down below had some questionable smells coming from it.

Review 16：Our door was not fitted properly causing large amounts of light from the hallway to shine through around the gaps. You could see the hallway for heaven's sake. Security issues perhaps??? It was a place to sleep.

Review 21：The hotel is in need of some TLC - bit and pieces of it are getting old and in need of repair. Shower ceiling was cracking, a towel ripped a bit while using it to dry off.
Review 22：The location was great and we were able to walk everywhere. Gentleman at front desk was friendly and helpful.
Review 23：One room was extremely dirty. There was brown and black sludge in the bathtub. There was a bucket of wet moldy rags under the sink. The guests in this room did not feel they could safely have a shower or bath. We were forced to wait for check-in. The front desk was unattended throughout our stay.

Review 25：Building is dated. Many little things around the building need repair. Fridge, microwave,TV, coffee maker and lamp plugged into one outlet that was on a switch by the door. Cleaning staff turned off the light so the fridge was also off for the day. Things like coffee pot should have been cleaner.

When we booked, the site said we were to get complimentary breakfast, but upon arrival, was told that they no longer did that. The coffee pot was not working, but they did supply one soon. Was unable to access the WI-Fi, though they gave the password upon request.
Review 28：Our reservation sheet we printed off stated it included breakfast. There were 4 of us and we were there for 2 days and they didn't have breakfast. They offered a discount at the restaurant for dinner instead but we had dinners covered at a wedding we attended and a party the next day. Breakfast as promised would have been nice.

Review 33：The picture shown was when the motel was new or doctored. Probably 30 years old. Dery dirty unkept out of toilet paper, ice machine was not working or the adjoining restaurant was using it all. You should visit these motels before you recommend them with doctored pictures. I will never stay there again. And I will start using a different booking agency where possible.

Review 40：The location is on a corner with no where to unload luggage except in the back where it has to hauled up about 12 steps. The AC worked from around 3 AM until the sun hit the window and from there the room just got hotter and stuffier. The bathroom sink took forever to drain. Hallway from the elevator to the room was dim even though the lights all worked.

Review 46：the headboard was broken and hanging off the wall, the sink dripped all night into an open bucket under the sink, the closet clothes racket had 1 screw in it and was hanging off the other side, the carpet was wet from the leaky faucet, filthy!! carpets in the hall and rooms, curry smell throughout the building, very noisy above main street corner, no tub plug for a bath even if you could regulate the water temperature and minimal water pressure in the shower, no one at the desk on arrival but staff sitting outside smoking surrounded by ash all around their dirty chairs

Review 54：Very noisy motel at THE cross section in town. Tiny window didn't allow any circulation. Window A/C very noisy. Window toward parking lot and the ventilation of the kitchen. Without ear plugs I would have completely despaired. Room was clean but shabby. Shower head was defective, was replaced on request the next day. East Indian restaurant served the worst Indian food I ever had in an indian restaurant. Not recommended at all.
Review 55：The Indian restaurant on the main floor kept their doors open all day and the lobby always had a very strong curry smell. I love curry but it was a bit much at times. The bathroom floor was quite dirty especially in the corners, I cleaned it up and wasn't bothered by anything else in the room. Just a note to young families, be watchful of the windows if you have small children, they open outwards and there is no screen or grate.
Review 56：The location was great, no noise but still right close the downtown shopping plaza area. Ample parking, the elevator was very quick and new looking. Having a fridge and microwave was very convenient. Staff was friendly.

Review 119：I was really disappointed in the Kimberly location for the following reasons: - Hotel badly needs update (e.g. old, and stained carpets/furniture) - fire hazard (e.g. 5-6 plugs to an electrical outlet) - not wheelchair accessible unless your wheelchair has 4x4 capability (uneven surface levels as much as 2 inches front entrance and ramp inside leading to 1st level rooms) - no bars in bath/shower for handicapped individuals - housekeeping needs improvement (e.g. dust and dirt around edges of room/carpet) - continental breakfast is terrible, we went out instead.
