Review 1：The shower in our queen room was not working at all (not a drop of water). Went to the front desk, they gave us a key to the vacant room beside us and I was able to shower there. They also took $20 off of our room cost for the inconvenience.

Review 2：Our queen room was very warm when we arrived. Turned down the heat and opened both windows. Unfortunately, we were awakened by the guests below us from a private party in the restaurant. We were on the second floor beside the entrance.

Review 4：No elevator - staff was wonderful and carried bags up and down stairs. I understand why there is no elevator but would impact where I stay next time. Did not realize restaurant was also seasonal.

Review 5：the room was a bit loud and I did not know how to work the fireplace or the tv because I am not too techy. A little instruction would be good - we are not all good with those things.

Review 6：I had computer problems and they went out of their way to get me a computer that I could work on. They seemed willing to accommodate anything for me. a staff member called me at 7:30 at night to deal with my issue from home. They were both great and I appreciated the extra effort.

Review 7：no one at front desk check in when I arrived & I had to go downstairs to the restaurant lounge with my luggage to check in which made for an extra flight of stairs to my room. No longer light breakfast snacks on the main floor foyer unfortunately. Still a nice place to stay.

Review 8：the room was exactly as on the website and really clean, great supply of towels in the bathroom, everything in the room as stated on the website information, booking online was easy, lakeview was wonderful even out of season, friendly & helpful staff .

Review 11：Lovely, clean, spacious room. We were on the 1st floor as I have mobility issues and there is no elevator. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Enjoyed our stay very much. Food in restaurant was good too.

Review 14：The WiFi was inconsistent; at times it was impossible to get connected to the internet. It was frustrating. The room needed another lamp; only one side of the bed had a light and the other side was took dark to read. The bathroom needed a towel rack; we tried to hang the towels on the shower rod to dry them out but the person cleaning the room mistook this to mean that we wanted them changed. There was no one on the desk when arrived at 5.30 pm, which really surprised us. We noticed others arriving around the same time; they were also trying to figure how to check in.

Review 18：There was some noise from the bar and grill below us and the traffic on Erie Street in the evening. Many cars zoomed down the street to the ferry docks at night!

Review 19：The view from our window was fantastic. We could watch the boats coming in and out of the harbour. We were within a short walking distance of the ferry and the stroll along the board walk was lovely in the evening.

It was the first night for it to be open and they weren't prepared at all...when we entered there were only 2 other tables and it took her at least 20 minutes for us to get our drinks...then it was over an hour to get our food!!! Three of the people at our table received their food and I didn't get mine for 15 more minutes and my friends were done eating!!! The manager (if there was one on duty) should have come to our table to apologize and they should have comped my meal:(

Review 57：When we arrived in our room the bed sheets were stained, they changed them when asked, very politely by my husband. My husband asked if more coffee was going to be made @ 0715am (continental breakfast 7am to 9am)and was told there was a coffee maker in the room, but give 5 minutes, he and I tried the coffee maker in our room but it was broken, went to get coffee after 5 minutes, but coffee was cold.

Review 59：We did not realize that the door would be closed at 9.30 pm. Some consternation until other guests informed us that the room key would open front door. Recommend that guests be informed when signing in.Otherwise, no hesitation in staying again on our next visit to Leamington.

Review 74：My wife and I just returned from 2 nights at Seacliffe Inn. We were not disappointed. The room was lovely with a fantastic view of L. Erie, clean and loved the cosiness of the gas fireplace ! We had dinner close by and at the inn and both were excellent.

Review 77：The bed was not comfortable and the check-in process was a little strange (checking in at the bar in the basement). The travel group that operates out of this Inn were not friendly or helpful at all, but that does not really impact the place itself, just the mood they put you in.

The staff was friendly and answered all our questions about restaurants to eat at and how to get to different places. The BQ place across the street is amazing and Freddy's perch is delicious but go hungry to each place!

Review 107：Over 90 degrees in the bedroom, air conditioner was broken. Complained to front staff, she made it worse, increased the temperature by 5 more degrees. They did not move us to a new room, we had to go out and buy our own fans, just to avoid passing out. When checking out front staff said they were going to move us, but did not leave note or message or come knock, so I doubt that was true. Made for an awful uncomfortable vacation.
