Review 1：light works only in one toilet, shower was not overly clean. walls are very thin, you hear a lot of what goes on in the house

Review 5：Amazing hostal! The staff is so lovely and helpful. They also help led me plan my activities. Breakfast is delicious and the location is exactly in the centre. It's a really good place to meet other travellers from all over the world too.

Review 6：Very small rooms, No place to put your luggage or hang your clothes. Bathrooms are small and not clean, No toiletries provided, Washbasin inside the room only rather than in bathroom which is really annoying. No cards accepted for payment.

Review 8：The room was very small- big enough for the bed and a sink. The bathroom although clean, had lights that didn't work and the shower so small that when you turned around you knocked the tap off. The staff and some guests decided to have a party until 2am one night which was really annoying. His place is fine, not great. For the price I expected more but I'd probably stay here again if I had to.

Review 14：The hostel and especially the people that live there are great. I can definitely recommend the hostel. Also, they were a great support in finding tours and booking them locally. You live directly in the house where they live which makes you feel right at home. The room was clean, so were the showers. Since it was low season, I could even have the room to myself altough I booked a shared one. I didnt try the breakfast but it looked really good! So Puerto Varas is a great town and this hostel is definitely the place to stay :)

Pero sobre todo el trato del personal en particular de su gerente Nico, en todo momento nos dio un trato amigable cercano y sumamente cordial, siempre atento a cualquier detalle que nos pudiera hacer mas agradable nuestra estancia. Review 17：Every hostel was fully booked so we had no choice but to book a double room here - very expensive! Also breakfast isn't included and you have to pay extra, which was also expensive. We just bought our own food from the supermarket. Our room smelled of damp and was cramped.

Review 19：The staff were fantastic, we were made to feel like it was our house the second we walked through the door. The hostel is equipped with a great kitchen, lovely sitting room with a TV with Netflix and an Xbox, we had a heater in our room and you can do laundry in the hostel. I can't rate the staff highly enough, especially Filipe who took us out one night for piscolas! We only booked 2 nights but ended up staying for 5 because we just couldn't leave.

Review 20：Toilet are small and the shower should be finished within 5 mins. Wifi is not good in the second floor. Expensive, the rate is not including the breakfast.

Review 23：The first impression of the building was not so good, from the outside it is not so inviting. Dorms are small (this wasn't a problem for me as there was no one else in my dorm!).

Review 24：The location and staff were great. Price for a dorm bed seemed very reasonable (10000 pesos). Breakfast for an extra 3000 was the fairly standard Chilean affair but was enough to keep me going until the afternoon! Wifi also worked fine and the kitchen is a good size and is fairly well equipped. Very good place for an overnight stop!

Review 30：Very welcoming staff - the owners welcomed us and made us feel at home, inviting us to a birthday bbq, and made us feel included in English and Spanish - a pleasant surprise arriving late on a long bus ride. It has a cosy living area, bikes for hire, good wifi and optional breakfast.
