Review 1：The moisture in the room and how noisy rooms on 4th floor were.

Review 2：The shuttle bus was necessary and wonderful. Well timed and very quick. Paula at the reception was brilliant. Very friendly and helpful. Cutest Catalan I've met so far Breakfast was satisfying and the spa had all you need.

Review 3：Paula at the front desk was absolutely amazing and bent over backwards to make our stay perfect. Let us leave our luggage and shower after skiing in the spa after we checked out.

Review 4：Hotel website didn't make clear enough that the pool was not for swimming in. Another coffee machine at breakfast would've been good to avoid the queues.

Review 8：Funny thing is how they do not trust people. You have to pay in advance on arrival, leave your ID as deposit for the shovel to dig your car out of the snow, leave 10 euro deposit for the ski locker key. But noticed that it specific for whole Andorra.

Review 9：The hotel itself is OK, clean, average sized rooms, good shower, free toiletries, TV, good wi-fi, safe, minibar. Free sauna, steambath, small pool with the bubbles. Breakfast and dinner are good, good choice.

It has a great location, very comfortable rooms, a free spa that is perfect after the whole day of snowboarding, good breakfast and dinner, very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was perfect! Definitely will come back the next time we'll go to Andorra for snowboard.

Review 21：Sadly the spa was like an over run kindergarten with a child even appearing in the jacuzzi with a swim hat and goggles! Parents not controlling their kids and allowing them to run riot. Really need to introduce a family hour or ban kids under 12. Totally ruined the experience for all adults as it was chaos, such a shame as everything else outstanding at the hotel.

Review 23：In the depths of winter the hotel, which is accessed across a bridge, is only accessible by vehicles with snow chains, as is the car park.

Review 24：This modern hotel is warm, clean, fresh and convenient for the Soldeu slopes, about 15-20 minutes down the hill from the main gondola station. We took note of earlier reviews and booked a room low down the hotel (the restaurant and reception is at the top) and had a very quiet and enjoyable stay. The hotel has a free shuttle bus, easily bookable, that makes for a convenient way to avoid the walk up and down the hill at the start and end of the day. There are free ski lockers adjacent to the underground car park. We didn't use the restaurant preferring to eat in local restaurants across the road from the hotel and in Soldeu.

Review 25：4* hotel cannot justify not having hot water for more than 12h. The SPA is full of kids screaming, I understand it's a family hotel but that SPA looks more a playground. No relaxation possible.

Review 26：Had to park on a busy road and walk to the front of the hotel with a few inches of snow on a downhill slope, once inside receptionist was very rude, not a warm welcome at all. Trying to find a place to park your car was a big hassel also. The room was cold, and also the pool and spa, they charge for slippers for the spa.

Review 31：Just come back from 4 days skiing. Staff were so friendly. Hotel clean, tidy and not packed with package tourers. Food was a buffet but really high quality although not too sure about their Gin and Tonics (which were massive and BLUE!)

Review 32：Poor lighting in the rooms in addition to the lighting being some modern technology thing that we couldn't figure out. There was no way to turn off only some of the lights, it was all or nothing. Hot water was also a big problem. If you didn't shower as soon as you came in from skiing, there was no hot water. So if you went to the spa to relax first, you had to take a cold shower.

Review 40：freezing even though it was an almost full tank of Andorran diesel which is supposed to have low temperature additives. It may be worth considering using the hotel car park, which we did for the day before our departure. The hotel car park itself is not easy to negotiate, the access ramp is steep and slippery; the internal ramp which takes you down to the parking floor is steep and tightly curved, this meant a lot of shunting and removal and replacement of snow socks.We selected a suite and a standard room for our party of 4 adults, the hotel only has 2 suites, one of which (401) is immediately below the main reception and the front revolving door; noise was a major issue in this suite. We had requested a room on floor 2 due to other reviewer's mentioning noise on floor 3 and 4 from the restaurant. It was a quiet room as long as the children vacated the games room along the corridor by 10pm when it 'officially' closed but did not seem to get locked. As the week progressed more and more children arrived at the hotel which meant that the games room was very popular and noisy.We could also hear the next room's television at night so perhaps as some other reviewers mentioned; the walls are thin.Opening the windows resulted in the condensation running off the window and creating a pool of water on the floor.The spa was unlocked at 5pm but it was difficult to predict when the busy period would be. Children under 12 had to be accompanied by an adult but at times, the spa seemed more like a playground; children were running across the seats in the steam room and were in and out every minute or two without a parent in sight which meant that the steam room struggled to remain steamy!.

Review 41：The best thing about this hotel is its staff, without exception they were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and informative. The shuttle bus which took us to and from the slopes was very efficient and although it had to be booked in advance, we never had a problem getting a time slot within ten minutes of our request. Car parking is free on-road parking within easy distance of the hotel. We stayed on a half board basis and have to say that the food has a lot of potential, although as previous reviewers have commented, it was not always hot. We found the best way was to watch for the hot food coming out of the kitchen. This is such a shame as the food was varied, cooked and presented to a very high standard but let down by the lack of heat. There were several pleasant touches as we were staying during Christmas, the hotel was nicely decorated and a complementary glass of cava was a welcome addition on Christmas Eve in the restaurant. The room itself had very good storage, well-stocked mini bar, safe, an interesting lighting system which we hadn't completely mastered before we left and the TV had a fair range of English speaking channels. The bed was comfortable and the room was kept clean and tidy by the housekeeping staff. The bathroom included a hairdryer and a good range of toiletries and other accessories which were replenished when required. In spite of the very low outside temperatures, the room itself was comfortable to the point of being stuffy. One of the main reasons for our selection of this hotel was the spa; this was a very well laid out area with sauna, steam, Jacuzzi, cold pool, showers, gym etc. Overall, we were impressed by the hotel and would definitely recommend it and return in future. Review 69：Staff very friendly and helpful. The garage was not big enough for our 4 x 4 but this was not a problem as plenty of parking on the road outside. Spa lovely. Good buffet choice at breakfast and dinner and attentive happy smiling staff. All in all a lovely hotel, we would stay again. Free shuttle to the slopes but we chose to drive to the car park at the gondola as only cost 3 Euros a day.

Review 74：I missed a comfortable sitting chair in the room and was no real drying place for wet ski clothes and inner boots in the room. There should be a facility like that in a ski sport hotel. All hotel facilities are only operating after 5 pm. The Gym was poorly equipped with machines, which would be the cheap solution even for domestic use. Only the cycle and the weights was functioning correctly, so you could not really call it a Gym. The spa did not live up to expectation. The sauna was not warm enough (for us). Not possible to adjust the temperature in the showers in the spa (so no cold shower after sauna) No cold footbath, which is good for skiers and their tired feet. For a ski sport hotel, it seems strange that you cannot wear ski boots in the reception. Wi-Fi was not working well in our room and no streaming possible

Review 75：Staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. We felt very welcome and they fulfilled all our special wishes. Cleaning was done well everywhere in the hotel. Food was good (at least the grownups thought so) and the restaurant was very good functioning and well driven. Coach transportation to and from the ski lifts was very punctual and worked perfectly. The size of the late night Armagnac was only for grownups, the price is very reasonable, and it was served with a big smile.

The location of the hotel was not bad considering we had a free transfer from the hotel to go and come back from the main lift in Soldeu (just 4 minutes driving). The spa was really nice and hot. The breakfast was continental with a lot of options and the quality was very good. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was full of variety (buffet) and really nice food as well.

Review 86：The Spa opens only at 5 pm. Would have liked to use it in the morning or before lunch too, for those who do not ski. Staff at the reception is very busy and you need to wait long sometimes. Review 108：It was quite cold at night (February) in the room, however they gave auselectric heateк by first request. Ski locker is too small and cold, nofacility foк ski boots drying. Finnish sauna was not hot enough, spafacilities are a bit neglected.

Review 109：Seemed under-staffed. We waited at the bar which was full and noavailable seating for five minutes while staff wondered past withoutacknowledgement, Manager/reception said barman was doing roomservice. We left and drove up the hill to another bar. Breakfast waspoor. Poor mini bar.
