Review 1：Staff could have been more helpful in explaining where I could go for a meal given that the hotels kitchen was closed for renovations. Because of their pool the hallways of the hotel where always hot and damp.

Review 2：We had a room facing the pool which was noisey. The wifi kept cutting out. We stayed two nights but the beds were not made. Since we came back late we diddn't complain. What I found rediculioous was an anadvertised extra charge of $3.00 a night "marketing pregram fee".

Review 3：The WiFi was horrible with on and off connection. The breakfast provided could of been better with more selections.

Review 4：The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The pool and hot tub came in handy after work. The onsite restaurant/bar had great & cheap wings/pitchers. Rooms were clean and up to date.

Review 16：The hotel has a really good breakfast with good and helpful staff. During the breakfast the staff is always present. It is very cool to have a pool with the large roofed space in between two hotel's wings.The rooms are nice and clean and good equipped.The beds and bedding are good.

Review 20：There was a mix up with our reservation and the front desk staff quickly sorted out the problem and upgraded our room to a jacuzzi suite to compensate for the inconvenience. The room was fantastic and the bed very comfortable. The continental breakfast featured some hot items such as eggs, home fries and sausage. It was far better than the typical continental breakfasts that we have had at other hotels. It was great value for our stay.

Review 21：Bugs in the bathroom: ladybugs and fruit flies. Internet extremely spotty. Check-in did not issue swim towels or explain that they had them.

Review 23：We asked for a quiet room. At 2:a.m. we were awakened by a bunch of rowdies outside our door swearing and cursing at each other. No private security available; just counter clerk who spoke with them and got them in their room next to us. Noise till 3:30 a.m. Was told by the morning desk clerk that staff knew these folks next to us were rowdies. Why did they give us that room when we asked for a quiet one?

Review 25：Air conditioner would make a loud clicking sound like someone was coming in the door every time it turned on. It was quite loud and it woke me up all night long thinking someone was breaking in. The complimentary breakfast is set up in the same atrium as the pool and spa. It was very warm and humid to the point that I could not wait to get out. The breakfast was set up in a rather disorganized fashion. You would get your coffee and then have to go back in the line to add cream. There was no yogurt available. There seemed to be a lot of congestion and it did not run smoothly so a reordering of food layout or tables is recommended. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. The door to enter our wing does not have a push button so it was difficult to use our key card and then open the door and get luggage through when our hands were full.

Review 76：There was apparently a group at pool side on Saturday night. My granddaughter got into the hot tub Sunday morning and cut her foot very badly on something in the hot tub. There was no maintenance staff on duty and only a housekeeper to help us. She did her best but all she come up with was a couple of bandages. She had to be taken to the hospital for bandaging.
