Review 1：The hotel was not in good condition, dirtiness and strong smell in every part of it. We had to ask the front desk to open the gate every time we need to get in or out of the garage which was extremely tiring for them and not very effective for us.

Review 5：TV remote didn't work, then buttons on actual tv didn't work either. Frigobar turned off. Springy uncomfortable bed. Horrible garage.. Always have to call to have opened. Lights flickered during my stay.. Elevator wasn't working one day. No pool.

Review 7：I would never call this type of room "superior" as was very standard, nobody speaks even one word in English, hair dryer not provided in "superior" room, lobby more than basic and very old, internet going down every day so if you need it for work you are in trouble, and tiny pharaon ants everywhere. Hope not taking them home with lugagge.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years old cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel.
