Review 1：Water pressure and time to get hot water could be improved. Turned on shower and made coffee waiting for good temp.

Review 3：I thought the pillows were all too thick, and the town of Kimberley itself seemed very unfriendly to tourists - but hopefully that was just due to it being off-season.

Review 4：I loved the resort, everything was clean and the staff was friendly. The studio suite was comfortable and we were impressed with the location of the resort in proximity to everything.

Review 5：The rate for this hotel during off season is incredibly good. The facility is new and extremely useful - with a full kitchen and washer/dryer in your 1 bedroom unit. Access to the pool and a very comfortable setting with a great view of the ski area. If Kimberely were closer to where I live, I'd visit this hotel very often!

Review 6：We had difficulty with the WiFi connection so in order to use the internet we had to sit in the lobby area. Staff were aware of the problem and were in contact with their provider to troubleshoot the issue. Although somewhat inconvenient not a deal breaker. Hopefully they get it sorted out soon.

Review 7：The location is gorgeous! Lots of walking paths and beautiful fall colours. Our room was spacious and luxurious. The full size appliances were great and had we been staying longer I'm sure we would have done some cooking in the room. A washer and dryer was also within the space. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Review 8：Only thing I was disappointed with was that our stay landed in the middle of the annual outdoor hot tub cleaning, but we can understand that. We ended up having this huge soaker tub in our room that made up for it.

Review 9：Mountain Spirit was in an absolutely gorgeous location and the rooms were fantastic. I can't even begin on how all the staff we dealt with, were so kind and accommodating. My fiancé and I were visiting BC with plans to book our wedding venuE. We were more than impressed that the lady who deals with blocking rooms for weddings at Mountain Spirit left her meeting to introduce herself and give us some information. Overall, best hotel experience we've had yet!

Review 14：The building was having the roof resealed and repaired for the winter. Subsequently work started on the roof of our unit at 8 am. After a 13 hour drive and late checkin it was not a pleasant way to wake up to the drilling and hammering right above us

Review 15：We were not able to make checkin before the front desk left. They were very accommodating and have a secure lock box for key storage.

Review 16：The a/c kept freezing up and because of smoke we were not able toopen windows. They did supply fans.

Review 17：Staff was great and they did offer to move us when a/c was notworking. It would work and then quit again so we never did move as itwas then our last night. We were given one free night which was awesome.

Review 20：Front desk staff did not offer upgrade,said facilities were full,when they were not. When we confirmed that we had a different room booked, they told us to come back the morning. That staff member reduced the cost of our room by$20.

Review 22：The only thing we didn't like is there's nowhere to get food, besides going into town or to Montanas at Trickle Creek next door (which wasn't open when we arrived), and the pool is tiny and opened too late for us to use before we had to get back on the road. Review 23：Almost everything was fantastic. Beautifully appointed, clean room. Exactly as described and in a quiet area as requested. The finishings are high end, the beds are incredibly soft. SO COMFY.Great to have the space for our kids to sleep while we had grown up tv time :)

Review 33：The room was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. In each bed there were 6 pillows, 2 firm, 2 medium firmness, and 2 soft. The bathroom was a good size and everything worked well. Kitchen was big and well equipped. The deck was also very nice, however not the best idea to have it facing the parking lot. Another great thing is that there is a path way from the hotel all the way across2 kimberley which can take you into the Platzl.

Review 35：My first room was not as advertised...was a tiny room...my a/c wasn't working so I was moved to the room I viewed on your site. Big soaker tub etc. Thank God I was moved otherwise I would never have used your site again as I felt I was mislead by the pictures I saw when booking. Review 37：It was off-season and after hours when we arrived (9PM) the place was locked and security staff over a phone line was abrupt and minimally helpful to get access and find the room. Day staff not overly friendly either.

Review 46：If you need a working wifi connection, this is not the accomodation for you. Do NOT believe the hotel's claims of free wifi. Although Mountain Spirit Resort advertises this, the network is virtually unusable at all times, peak or not, even from the lobby. It MAY work intermittently, on some devices, if you get lucky and while positioned very close to the front desk.

Review 47：Modern, new condo with king size bed and luxury bath. Great ski in and ski out location. Nice outdoor hot tub and pool.

Review 48：The room layout, kitchen facility, ensuite, all were lovely. Anything we needed was there and so close to town. The staff at the front desk were helpful, giving us ideas of where to eat and things to do. We will definitely revisit!

Review 49：King suite was amazing, the kitchen and bathroom were beautiful and the mountain view was great. A deer walked by on the mountain while we sat on the balcony. The staff are super friendly. They recommended the Petal and Tap in town; it was a cute little pub with great food and atmosphere. We didn't have enough time to properly walk around downtown Kimberley and try all the restaurants but would definitely return to do so. This is a great place to visit any time of year.

Review 50：- Pool was shaded all day. Perhaps due to the time of year. - Wifi is a total bust. I don't understand why they even bother advertising free wifi when the bandwidth is barely able to load the simplest things. If you're thinking of doing any business on line here forget about it. - Private bbq on each balcony would have been awesome.

Review 56：Our 2 bedroom suite was huge. The open concept bathroom and amazingly comfortable beds gave us the best sleeps we ever had. Our kids enjoyed the large balcony, and we enjoyed some nice drinks watching the alpen glow on the Steeples Mountain range during the evening. The value for the money during our stay was awesome too...some good restaurants in town...We had a large herd of male Mule deer walk right under our balcony too.

Review 57：The pool was closed for maintenance for 3 days which it needed as it was very murky and I would not have swam in it as it was But in very hot weather it was disappointing not to have a pool
