Reviews for Le Manoir Charlevoix
Review 1:Poor information on activities around (we were told La Malbaie was good only for the Casino, action was taking place in Baie St-Paul). Also, on 1st of July, national holiday, we were left alone in the hotel with no room service, no possibility of entry by main door, no light around back door. No food service at all. The reason given was we were the only ones in the hotel. There was no staff, nobody at the reception desk. We wondered if something would have happened, what their insurances would have said.
Review 2:The room was very pretty. A beautiful view. Access to balcony. Staff polite.
Review 3:Dingy atmosphere, very unkempt
Review 4:Nothing ...
Review 5:I liked the oldness, I liked how it's situated way high on a hill overlooking the river. I liked the little room I stayed in.
Review 6:The showers Minimalist breakfast Slow wi-fi connection
Review 7:The location The parking The staff
Review 8:Stairs were hard to climb, especially for a Senior.
Review 9:A very old establishment...Needs major repairs to attract Seniors. Breakfast excellent.
Review 10:The location and the privilege they gave us with the suite with a huge terrace overlooking the St-Laurent and the mountains.
Review 11:The beds in the room need to be replaced, because they make you feel that you're lying on a bunch of springs. There is no sense of comfort at all. The property needs a thorough refurbishment. Did we get our money's worth? Not at all!
Review 12:The front desk lady speaks English, which helps a lot. She is nice and friendly.
Review 13:Perfect location for skidoo fans.
Review 14:very noisy, old facilities
